Harleigh was very attentive to my emails and answered every question I had. She even put me in touch with one of the owners James who was happy to help me out. They stand behind their work, which I appreciate. If I need anything else they offer, I will be coming back.”
“That's okay. I looked online for a place to fix my windshield. As I had one small crack the size of a quarter and one crack that range from my passenger side all the way to my review mirror I was able to contact safe flight scheduling was extremely easy. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to get a quote. And to get scheduled, I was scheduled within twenty four hours upon arriving to safelight. I was greeted by the entire team. I was able to check in effortlessly. Matt incidentally greeted me and told me he would be my technician for today. He was able to handle my car with care. He handled my belongings with care. I was able to watch the entire process as he explained what he was doing why he was doing it. I just want to say the team. There is amazing everyone with friendly. I'm very big on customer service and everyone excelled in this area. As far as the car, the windshield looks amazing. I am extremely happy that I trust it. Safe light with my car and I would definitely refer friends and go back if need be ten out of ten results I got. Thanks again, the team at safe flight. Especially Matt!!”

“Quoted me cheaper than Safelite and got to me the next business day they were open and when they said they would. Incredibly easy to work with. Only point of constructive criticism would be to be able to narrow down the window of when in the day to expect for the crew to be there. If you know I’m last on the list for the day, let me know so I have a clue. Overall fantastic experience though.”
