I ended up losing my Mitsubishi Mirage after a year of making on-time payments. This place makes it very difficult for you to pay off your car. The interest is so high The balance never goes down. I’ve made double the payments and still it’s like the number just stays the same.They do not care or even work with you. I tried to get my payments from weekly to monthly in order to have some kind of income saved, that was impossible even though it’s stated on their website. Thank you Car Mart. You got me really good. I was an idiot to come to this place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM. HERE!!! My son is 20 and he bought a car from here about 4 months ago , the car has now ran hot , my son has contacted car mart and they took the car back and tried to fix it yes tried however the car engine light is on and it is leaking fluid . It is a EXPLORER. They have been ignoring his phone call , he has a warranty up to 250 something miles but they keep ignoring him or they say they will call back but never do.. My son works and take care of his family great kid he shouldn’t be treated this way and taken advantage of . As a parent it makes me upset so now I am stepping in to do whatever I have to do to make this right.

Came with a dream, left with a vehicle! The entire team was amazing and extremely helpful. This particular place moved like a well oiled machine and got results in a timely manner. There was no hassle and I didn't feel forced. If anything, I was so comfortable, that I'll be sending more customers their way! Side bonus: they have carfax!
