“I wanted to thank the folks at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Riverside in Macon. Specifically, Jersey and Shiloh were extremely helpful. Frankly, everyone I spoke with were extremely polite and professional. I had to get a rental because my car was in the body shop. Even with the usual insurance communication lags etc.the team at this Enterprise office kept me informed and assisted me with making sure things were ok with the rental, even when the insurance communication was lacking. At this point, I really don't want to use any other car rental company. This was a great experience, from beginning to end.”
