The two employees had a lot going on and an issue with my pickup outside of their control, but they were very on top of it, and got me in my rental as quickly as they could. I also witnessed them deal very professionally and helpfully with multiple customers and phone calls. They were doing a great job especially considering it was the first hour of a Monday.”

The system should allow the local agents the ability to identify additional items that were part of the online process.”

“This was my first time ever renting a car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The check-in process was quick, simple, and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Alan was the person who helped me, and he was incredibly nice and professional. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my garage door opener inside. Alan actually caught me as I was leaving the parking lot and returned it to me, which I really appreciated.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car!”
