Ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and it was the best experience I could've imagined. Quick and easy purchase, car delivered to my house in just a couple of days, and the vehicle was in perfect condition. I was so pleased with the experience!

The process was very simple, and I was given a more than fair price for my truck. Two days before the truck was picked up a minor issue cropped up. When I called in the agent was reassuring that the process would proceed without any issues. Too be honest the whole sales process was one that I would use again in the future. It sure beats dealing with a brick-and-mortar dealership.

Absolute nightmare!!
Vehicle seemed ok when i got it. The vehicle did have quite a few issues not disclosed/shown in pictures online but driving it was scary.
The 150 point inspection they did had to be pencil whipped. It is an absolute joke. Leakages, water in head lights, drive train issue, motor mounts busted, interior light busted, wrong size spare tire where hatch wont close and extra paint issues…. What I’ve found so far.
The insurance company they use- SilverRock- is even more of a joke.
Two other vehicles came into the local jeep dealership from Carvana with crazy issue same day i took mine there.
Probably going to have to get a lawyer involved.

I want to say the process of purchasing a Vehicle from Carvana compared to going into a Dealership is unreal the process was simple and delivery was quick and easy from here on out I’m purchasing all vehicles from Carvana can’t wait to get my Daughter hers thanks again it was an amazing ordeal 😊

So my name is Lavenus Wynn and this is my second time trying to purchase a vehicle from Carvana. The first time they told me that my bank declined the payment for insufficient funds which was a lie because I have documentation that I had the fund in my account then they turned around the same day and told me I could still purchase the car but for a thousand dollars more on the down payment because my terms had ran out so I declined the offer not even thinking to look at my terms. Unfortunately time ran out and the car was put back on the shelf to be purchased by someone else. Fast forward to now today!! I purchased another vehicle; paid the down payment and also for the insurance and scheduled a delivery date. They text me about documents that they needed; why I go on the website and their trying to get me to pay 2800 dollars more on the down payment saying my terms had ran out and I still have 16 more days on my terms. Carvana has me thinking they’re a ripoff and unfortunately I want my money back so I can shop somewhere else cause this is ridiculous. How you go from one price and then after I pay that price you add onto my down payment. I’ve screenshot everything and I’m about to report it to the better business bureau because this has to be illegal.

Pretty easy process online for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend all day at car dealerships. We were disappointed that the cars we got were not cleaned and detailed on the inside or outside. We had to scrape off stickers on the windows on the inside and clean out the car ourselves. The first car had a lot of dog hair. Also, the delivery guy told us he would overnight floor mats that didn’t come with the car. When they didn’t come we contacted Carvana and they said that wasn’t their policy and they would not be ordering mats for us. They did offer $100 check that takes half a month to get to us for the mats. Disappointed in that customer service especially when you’re spending a lot of money with them on a car.

I ended up sending the car back during the 7 day period because it had issues with the paint that couldn't be resolved. However, the process was easy and intuitive.

Easiest experience I have ever had buying a car! I will never make another purchase unless it is through Carvana! The customer service was top tear, and I was not hassled left and right.

That was the easiest sale of a vehicle I have ever conducted. The driver (Miss Angela) was amazing. She was there promptly on time, answered all questions, and further explained the process. She was gone within a very short time. She checked the truck, test drove, loaded the truck, and was sending us an electronic payment. Very easy to work with!

If I could do a negative 10 I would....the car was brought to me super duper dirty...lil flowers all over it...interior dirty....flashlight flashing a sensor defect and also 46 days pass the recommended service due light flashing at me and all the tires need air light flashing at me....oh and a crack windshield...I've purchased about 10 cars from them with problems but none was even close to this vehicle...but I will say it was a good priced car compared to the market
