The customer service started great as every other reviewer mentions. I had the misfortune of connecting with a salesman, Jim, who only works a few hours a week. He was quick to come measure but would take days to respond when I had questions about the carpet options and measurements he came up with (30% higher than the room actually measures). Eventually, he stopped responding at all. I called and took time off work to go into the business to ask if someone else could assist me. Another salesman and the owner both refused to help me. Extremely frustrating that I wasted almost four weeks trying to work with a local business that clearly didn’t want my business. Ended up getting better quality carpet for a cheaper price through Home Depot. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!
