I have always had the best service here. They have always looked out for my best interest. My last visit in Mrs June Brooks walked made sure all my concerns were handled. She stayed past closing to help me. She deserves all the appreciation and a RAISE!!! Thank you.

It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. We have been trying to fax a title request and have tried 2 different fax numbers a total of 5 times. We always get a "no answer" message. We attempted to contact the Ingleside office and after 10 to 12 rings Warner Robbins picked up. Another attempt resulted in countless rings and a different office picked up. Finally, an attempt by this other office to make an "inside" call resulted in June answering at Ingleside. I asked to be connected with R. Harris. She asked me why I was calling. I told her we preferred to speak with Ms. Harris. She put us on a 3 to 4 minute hold and, finally, said she was in a meeting. I was able to get an email address for R. Harris. We continue to get no response and ended up trying to contact a Vice President, A. Banks. To no one's surprise, the call went to voice-mail and we have not heard back. This has been an all afternoon process for us. Financial business dealings should never take this amount of time and effort. DO NOT give these people your business if you value decent customer service.

I've been with this company for about 2 years & I was happy until last month. I woke up to a wiped out checking account which had over $2000 & not once was I notified or sent any alerts through my email or anything pertaining to suspicious activity on my account.I've filed a dispute, I keep getting the same answer, we'll call you back & provisional money which is not mine, now they telling me Visa has to decide whether my money gets put back, this should not have happened, I know banks that will contact you if you're spending to much & freeze your account, I went in & while sitting there the thief who stole my info was making a purchase & the bank manager was letting me know this was happening, I told her to stop the transaction, she said she couldn't do anything until it posted, I want my hard earned money back, I've retired & started working as a substitute teacher part time & this thief spent all my money I earned for this year from my account. I understand in today's society some people go through extreme measures to scam and make false fraud claims but that is certainly not me. Hopefully this review can get me some closure or can escalate my case to the right personnel and at the very least warn potential customers & put some better safety measures in place so customers can at least feel some sense of security.

There is a receptionist who works there who is beautiful and has huge hips. I wonder if she still works there, id love to take her on a date and get to know her

Update: Ms.Banks contacted me and provided excellent customer service. She took the time out to hear my concerns and addressed them properly. I really appreciate the quick response. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you. From 3 stars to 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

On my visit today, customer service was not satisfied. I was unaware of the new member fee for the premier checking account that started in January. Rep stated they sent out notifications in November. Maybe the envelope should state Urgent..open immediately and it would have gotten my attention. Every month they charge $5. This is an account that I barely used, so I didn't think I'll have to check that often. But to my surprise, this has decreased my funds. I went in to get this reconciled. They only refunded June payment. REALLY!!! Its unfair and mgmt need to reach out and correct this problem.

Pleaseeeeeeee don’t bank here. The WORST bank I ever banked with. They put a hold on every little thing. Out trying to make purchases and card constantly declines because they’ve put a hold on it.

I have been banking with Cgr over 9 year i normally get great customer service but this Women at the drive through was so rude to me at the window.....it makes me not wanna deal with them.....she didnt speak and was rude and aggressive....

I've been a CGR Credit Union member for over 10 years, and have always received excellent service from them. I have had very quick and personal responses whenever I inquire about an issue. There has never been any request they could not handle. I have recommended them to many other nurses, who have become part of the CGR family. Best Credit Union or Bank in town.

Do not bank here, cant even get the lazy workers to do their job. They will put a hold on your account and accuse you of doing fraud on yourself lol. Very low level of professionalism at this place.

Today I was having a bad day how Robin Credit Union had did me. So I had came to CGR for a auto loan and I had June Brooks. She was awesome she had help me to get approved for my loan and great low payments. I really appreciate her.

This bank has been very good to me over the years! They are very professional and nice about waving fees.They even coverage counseled me and helped me get approved for a Cgrcu credit card! They get to know you by name! The only thing I don’t like is I need more convenient locations

This has got ti be the slowest most outdated bank around! Whether im going through the drive thru OR inside, it taies them 30 minutes to complete a transaction. I use my own deposit slips with CASH and they still take forever!
