Came to the store at 745 the doors were locked and when I called the store the young lady got smart with me I work in river crossing and the employees are very rude!!!

Not open at the time its supposed to be. Took the phone off the line so that they wouldnt have answer the phone. Claimed the system was down but i dont believe it. They just dont want to work.

This has to be one of the most dysfunctional chaotic stores to shop in this plaza. The level of professionalism from the store manager to the associates is past poor! It's always dark and dirty every time I go in there. The manager is rude and NEVER willing to help customers when they come in they stand at the register talking to each other as if no one is in the store! If they don't change the behavior FAST this store won't survive! BTW PLEASE MONITOR THE SELECTION of MUSIC being played in this store!

DO NOT SHOP HERE : Tonight I went to purchase some items and do a return at this location. Fifteen minutes before closing the store manager must have had a long day due to Black Friday sales, because when I pulled my merchandise that I was returning out she told me she would not accept them because they smelled like smoke. I never put the clothes on before and they had all the tags & I had the receipt. Yes I smoke cigarettes, but that isn’t illegal. She told me to take them home an air them out. I drove 45 mins to get to Macon. I was very upset. I was even told I couldn’t make the purchase that I picked up in store. Also I was yelled at and threatened by the store managers husband he tried to run up behind me in the store and the mall security grabbed him .Once I walked out the mall security approached my vehicle and apologized. Totally unacceptable behavior. I was humiliated and hurt. I will be reaching out to corporate ASAP! Careful shopping here the managers husband wanted to hurt me.

Store has bargain prices, I saw many hip styles. The young ladies who worked here were friendly and helpful😊 a plus for me! The music needs to be monitored, the vulgarity ugh!🤐🫥

Wish I could give negative stars. It’s probably 90 degrees inside. I’m surprised nobody has passed out or called OSHA to be honest. Do better for your employees and customers

Definitely calling corporate the say clsed at 826p.m the internet clearly say close at 9.pm I've been in there before after 8 so I know they closes when they get ready and had the door unlocked wait til I walked in to say we closed This is Saturday 3/16/2024

On the website it very clearly states that they close at 9pm. At not even 8:15, I tried to go in to look around for a few minutes and all of the doors were locked indicating they were "closed." Either fix the website or don't close nearly an hour early.

They get a 1 star from me due to the fact that TK the ASSISTANCE STORE manger always have a messed up attitude whenever I visit this store. She never greet you with warm welcoming. I remember asking a question and her being very sarcastic by the mouth, as if I told her to work here . This behavior from her has occurred several times while visiting here . I just was in the store Wednesday 8/16/23 to get my shoes that was put on hold and guess what little miss TK attitude wasn't up too par per usual, and they wanna know why customer don't mind spreading some encouraging words towards them. This company needs too do some about her asap before she get touched!

Went to this store on 2/26/23 and the lady at the register was completely rude I’ve been in this store before and had great service. This lady almost got her a$$ cursed out. If you don’t like your job quit don’t be rude to those who are giving you a pay check.

This particular Charlotte Russe was not my favorite considering a portion of the store was blocked off and the staff are rarely available to assist…overall, it’s a decent store with minimal selection…

The girl with the fried dyed orange/honey blonde hair is extremely rude! I saw that more people complained about staff. She pointed to the check out line when my daughter asked which side as if she didn’t want to be there today. As if we chose her job for her. I’m pretty sure they had the same experience I had. Ridiculous!
