“I had a very considerate experience with Krystle on two occasions. The first: I arrived to the store believing they closed at 9pm, per the website. They actually closed at 8pm for another week. I actually arrived at 8:03pm as she was letting another customer leave the store. After not having received notification of the arrival of my ship-to-store order, I found it was the last day for pick-up when I checked on it. Rather than turn me away and force me to re-purchase the items from my large order, she let me in and took care of me-WITHOUT an attitude! The second: I had a return from a previous order to make that I told her at the first occasion I would be back to do in the future. Krystle remembered me and her and her associate were equally friendly and helpful. I will continue to make this store my go-to for my boys’ clothes.”
