Cicero's helped me move a large load to Baltimore. There packing and loading were exceptional. Everything arrived in first class shape with no breakage or damage. The packers and loaders knew exactly what to do. Denise runs a first class operation. They are good on their word.

Just had the most seamless move, all thanks to the best quality movers in the country! ? We recently relocated from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to New Albany, OH, for work and I can't sing their praises enough.
From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Punctuality? Check! The team was right on time, "Shorty," (don't remember his real name) packed and moved our belongings with care, ensuring a stress-free beginning to my journey. Communication? A definite highlight! This company is HANDS DOWN the best there is out there. We have moved many times in the 19 years of my husbands military career and have never had such a stellar and smooth move. They went above and beyond for our family and took care of our household goods like they were their own. I cannot say enough when it comes to this company and am only hoping I can request them for our next move, even states away!

Let me start by saying I didn't get the opportunity to use this service although they came highly recommended by my realtor and 2 other friends but all experiences are different.The issues started with an online inquiry for a moving quote that was never responded to. It was the end of the school year and scheduling a call would've worked much better than a cold call. With no response to my completing the online contact form I called. The first young lady was courteous but couldn't provide a quote after asking the questions about the move. She placed me on hold and 6 minutes into the hold the call was retrieved by her. She called a name and I informed her that wasn't me and she apologized and asked me to continue to hold. After another almost 9 minutes the call was answered and the same questions about my move asked.She quoted the rate per hour and stated that during the week there was a 3 hour minimum and weekends were 4 hours. I asked was that the total cost and she stated yes. I was asked if there would be any insurances or fees and she said no. I then asked what the process would be to secure a date and she said again the rate for week days and weekends. I said it would be a week day and she then stated it would be the 3 hour minimum and if it goes over there's another hour charged for travel. I asked her to clarify and she said they add an hour travel time to the total time. Dumbfounded as this was the first mention of this I asked if they pack and move everything from North Bibb to South Bibb in 2.5 hours would we still have to pay for an extra hour of travel. While processing this she said and we don't disconnect water appliances. After having used professional movers on 4 other occasions I was taken back by this but she asked if I could be placed on hold. After 4 more minutes of holding she returned and immediately stated this was their policy. I thanked her for her time and ended the call.I cannot in good conscience recommend this moving service to anyone.

This moving company is on top of things, they have a great staff in the office!!Their warehouse man which receives and ships is very thorough and helpful, they have enough men to take care of any job that you might bring to them with professionalism!

Cicero's provided "A+", professional service for our move from NJ to AL. They were very communicative, very flexible and really catered to our needs! Every item we had was tagged for inventory; they disassembled and reassembled pieces of furniture; carefully wrapped bulk items and provided very friendly service! If we ever move again, we wouldn't hesitate to call Cicero's!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. They handled the PCS for my family, and most things (furniture, dishes, books, valuables) arrived broken. Things were tossed randomly into boxes, with zero regard for our property. Absolutely horrific experience, I'd pay to not do business with them.
