Went in to purchase gas lastnight. I asked for gas on pump 7. I said it very clearly and several times. The guy who was clearly drunk put it on the wrong pump. He then proceeds to slowly "try" to resolve the issue. Apparently he couldn't transfer the money from one pump to another. He just said your money will go back to your card Lol. What if that was my last bit of money!?! I would have been screwed. I had to ask the nice young lady that was there to put my gas money on the proper pump. My money still has not hit my card. The drunk guy should be fired immediately. Drinking is irrelevant to me but if you can't do your job properly then you shouldn't be at work.

Employee was very rude and had poor knowledge of the nicotine products they had for sale behind the counter. It isn’t hard to look at where a customer is pointing and see what they are describing. I didn’t have the time of day to deal with her incompetence so I left to go to another store. 8/26/24 & 8:27 a.m.

i went into the bathroom for a max of 5-7 minutes and an employee came banging and pulling on the door and yelled at me about how i was taking too long. very unprofessional and rude. bathroom was also extremely dirty.

I went into the circle k on Riverside Drive in Macon Georgia this morning to get a couple of things the morning cashier was very rude and unprofessional to me I really don't know why circle k hired people like this.

Awful place. Stay away. The cashier, the restrooms and the surroundings are awful and risky. You certainly do not want to experience this. Especially if you are with your family while road travelling. Again avoid this place.

No wonder they got robbed because the big lady always wearing the yellow hat,do nothing but stand her big self behind the counter and talk. It Can be a long line of people & she’s on the phone cursing at whoever at her house. SMH y’all need new management

2/10 . Left my ID there at the store, they won’t give my ID back. I didn’t get her name but the girl working the morning 08/06/2023 at 11:00am wouldn’t take a temporary copy. She took it the other day and while she told me she thought she saw my ID. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t take it then. She took it the day before. And the ice machines were out so that’s crazy. I decided to go to another store to get my Mt Dew & Cigarettes after she declined my Temporary ID Paper Photo She’s very rude. I don’t understand why she had to be that rude. Even after she took it the other day. I’ve worked in customer service for years and never experienced that amount of disappointment and disrespect. She walked away telling me to “get a d**** ID”. That was shocking to hear. Not very polite as a cashier. Wouldn’t recommend this store to travelers, or even locals.

Every one of the staff there was extremely rude. They have a sign on the door saying be nice to the employees. It definitely should apply the other direction as well, toward the customers
