Just as I was trying to enter, the employee locked the doors in front of me at 10:56 on a Thursday evening, 2/20/2025
The hours of operation clearly say 24 hours and this is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic.
I gave this location my business filling up with over 12 gallons of fuel and now I need to use the restroom and would like to purchase some items inside, but cannot.
This is the problem with civilians, they don’t wanna do their job and do it correctly. The manager needs to fire that employee immediately

Sink in the men's bathroom didn't work and the hand sanitizer dispenser (no soap dispenser) was empty.

Paid at the pump
Put in my rewards number and got $0.00 discount. Went into the store to purchase water clerk informed me cash only that the card service was down. She apologized. Went and got cash came back and no water in the cooler.
Not a great impression.

Try and avoid this place of all causes the gas across the street at the marathon is $.15 less a gallon which didn’t bother me half as much as the place being filthy inside the bathrooms are dirty. They don’t look like they’ve been clean the bathroom doors don’t even have handles on them. I just can’t tell you how disgusting this place is.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a frequent customer at your Subway location for the past few weeks, typically stopping by for a sandwich. However, my experience has consistently been frustrating due to the lengthy wait times. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged because employees are often in the back. While I understand that traffic may be low at 10 AM, this level of service is unacceptable.
This morning, I encountered an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction that has compelled me to voice my dissatisfaction. As I entered the store and attempted to find someone to assist me, I was rudely told to "slow your roll" by the manager. This is a practice I started because I do not have the time to wait 10 minutes, nor do I wish to shout to get attention. There is no bell or button to notify employees that a customer is waiting.
Rather than a polite greeting or an assurance that I would be helped shortly, I was met with rudeness. I explained my situation, but was again told to "slow your roll." I then observed the employee designated to assist me was leisurely eating a sandwich instead of attending to customers.
I waited another minute before deciding to leave. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I informed them that their lack of urgency would result in lost business, but this warning was evidently ignored.
Consequently, you have lost my business. I will now be patronizing the Bakery 2 Go at the Macon Farmers Market, where the products are superior and the staff far more courteous.

There’s one particular cashier that’s always super nice to everyone. She’s light skinned and very helpful. I thought she was the new manager. She’s awesome and made her job look easy! She’s a great cashier! Especially speaking for Macon customer service! I give her 10 ⭐️’s! Zay is her name I think?

They will not let people shop in the store claiming safety issues this is not circle k’s company policy please fix this so people in this area can shop and be treated like customers and not like criminals this is unacceptable. The two employees say Alicia the manager has told them they could not let people buy anything from the fountain or baked goods and they started to record me as if I did something wrong to them and now because they are mad they are refusing to let me buy a drink.

You know that place you only stopped at because you just HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM had that happen here. Honestly would of been better off leaning against my car on the side of the road.
