Used to go every day, until one of the cashiers gave me a ripped bag, causing me to drop my hunt Brothers chicken bites, and refused to give me a refund, despite the ripped bag, that he bagged. He then tried to blame me for not double bagging it, when he's the one who bagged it. That's his job, not mine. Used to be my favorite hunt Brothers spot, but now they lost a regular.

EXTREMELY rude woman working the register. Our card got locked in the gas pump and when we went in to get assistance, the woman was on her cellphone. We live in Atlanta and it's a two hour drive so we were anxious to get back on the road. She told us "This happens every day, just wait and I'll come out". There were no other customers inside, apparently her personal cellphone call trumped her customer service. The card ended up releasing by itself, she never came out to help. We ended up going to the QuickTrip across the road. If the owners ever read this, the incident happened Feb 19 at Noon.

My card got stuck in one of the pumps and when we asked the attendant to come help us she was too busy on her cell phone to come out and help us. She said, and I quote, "This happens every day, just wait and I'll come out." And she never came out, her cellphone call was more important I guess! Terrible customer service.Thankfully, the card released itself and we took our business to the QuickTrip across the street. Will not be returning to this Citgo and unless you want your card to be locked in the pump, I suggest you don't either. (2/19/23 @ 12 PM)

Our family stopped for fuel and a bathroom. No pump card readers work. You have to prepay fuel so we head in to use the bathroom and pay. Bathroom is a one hole with no sign and the door was locked.so we head to pay for fuel. The store shelves are dishevelled. Cashier was rude. "How much you want?" He barked at us so we prepay $40. "You want bathroom?" Then he hands the crowbar & rope that are tied to the key. We use the bathroom and immediately wish we hadn't. This place needs some TLC.

Driving to SC. Stopped in to use the restroom and get refreshments. Cashier was rude when asked about restroom. No sign was posted outside but cashier replied “No public restroom!” We went to the Love’s Truck stop down the road. Will not stop at this Citgo again.
