“Exceptional service. The employee was attentive to my needs and very helpful. When I asked for different options she quickly brought me the requested clothing. She also gave me the space I needed to browse and look around. The quality of the clothing is great, as well as the selections.
I never felt lost in the crowd, or crowded. It was a great shopping experience and I’ll be back.”

Our only complaint is please have a public restroom for customers. My daughter is pregnant and we couldn't fully enjoy our shopping experience due to the fact there wasn't a public restroom.”

“I had a lovely shopping experience.I bought myself the cutest SKORT (I’m thrilled over this yall I haven’t seen these since I was like 11!) and a lovely top I’ll be wearing to dinner this evening. The staff was so nice and helpful! As a thick gal I was able to find a lot of really cute things but there was not a size large for a few of the items I really wanted or I’d have gotten more. That’s not a comment on the store at all, just mentioning they do offer larger sizes in case anyone was worried since boutiques often cater to those with small frames exclusively. 10/10 will stop by again if we are ever in town.”

“The staff they were super courteous. And honest. While I was in their a customer left her phone and the staff put the phone up for her return. How about I did the exactly the same thing. I realized it after 2 hours. But, when I returned to the store. They pull it out of the drawer and returned it with out a scratch. Bless them.”

Not only did she help me over the phone before I arrived at the location, she knew who I was when I got to the store and had several pant options laid out in my size for me to choose from. “I love the Macon store. ALL the ladies are amazing. They make me feel like I have a personal stylist when shipping. They are so patient and accommodating because I can be indecisive at times. They’re also the best saleswomen ever because I always leave with more than I anticipated. Shopping can be a bore but they always make it a fun experience . Love love love all the ladies there!!!”

“I purchased some men's clothing, they didn't fit as I liked,I took them back and the sales representative assistance didn't meet expectations she"exceeded" them!! Her willingness to go out of her way to assist me while effortlessly multi-tasking was simply...astounding! And adorable as well, for I really must say she is what we call"a looker" lol I ask her name but unfortunately...I forgot. I shopped there Monday morning so if you can determine who worked during those hours( 11am-7pm roughly) now, there was another sales associate there as well,She was great,too! Oh,and I'm pleased with the items I exchanged as well! Great place!!”

“I went in and found what I needed. Proceeded to pay for it; the cashier was polite. The store was a little unorganized. I think it was due to inventory being done. The overall experience was pleasant.”
“This store is great and the manager is such a nice guy and very helpful. My kid was looking around and I told him he could only spend $30, no more. I wasn’t paying attention but my son finds a shirt for 32.00 and tells the manager his situation. I’m reading the news on my phone and not paying attention. He gives him a 10% discount so he could get it. He didn’t have to do that. Because of his kindness, we’ll be back.”
“This place had an interesting variety of shoes, but more importantly boys dress shoes. There seems to be nothing but fabric sport shoes for boys at most of these larger stores lately. Even finding a solid black casual loafer becomes a journey after school starts. Kids can run in-between sizes, especially boys, making online options unreliable. I didn't see the shoes at first with there being so many unique styles (I guess the name Ultra Shoes makes sense ladies). The guy casually pointed the way. At checkout, I asked what if the shoes didn't fit and he told me the store policy.I love when I can go in a store, get what I need, and check out. I even grabbed a cute pair for myself- some cute, dressy wedges, so not all of the shoes there are ultra high heels. Unexpected, fast & pleasant shopping experience! No large malls, searching for parking, nor long lines.”
“After shopping here I noticed 3 dresses I picked up were too small for me . The receipt directed me to return items for a refund within 30 days . I went back up there the same day and was able to get a refund for the items that didn’t fit . The manager who helped me was really understanding and kind .”
“H&M is a go to for trendy yet inexpensive clothing for teens and up.They have great quality for the price point!They also give a discount for you when you bring in your old clothes to Upcycle. I love this program and usually bring a coat in the fall that someone has outgrown.”
