“I am amazed at the quality of this (Macon) Best Buy’s customer service. We walked in the store and met Joe, he is not a sales associate, but immediately stopped answered our questions, went and found Chardae to come speak with us. He was so pleasant.

He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit.
