When that didn't work she showed me how to download the app to pay online, when my Internet was taking forever, she walked me through connecting to the store Internet. When we were out of options, she said that she would keep my item behind the counter while I went back home for my wallet. And it was right there when I got back. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit.
