“I was having issues with my brand new iPad. I took it to Best Buy to return it, but they said that the geek squad could update it to fix the issue. The young lady who helped me was Bugg. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Took a little longer than I was hoping to get the update done but it worked. Bugg’s bubbly personality made the wait pass by a little quicker.”
