If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

Love the employees at this location! Amanda specifically is always professional, willing to help and absolutely go’s above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Amanda for the chain you made my daughter. It’s such an unexpected surprise. That gesture says so much about you and restores a little of my faith in others!

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.

I placed an order for products and chose the same day delivery option at 8am on tues March 31st and products never showed up. I called Wednesday April 1st they said they hd the order and would be sending it out and I would have it today. annoyed I agreed due to the fact that I needed the products. Then get a call at 315 pm that they basically canceled my order mind you they close at 4 so no way I can make it to another store to get what I needed. I am then told that I have to call in and ask for a refund instead of one being applied automatically since they canceled my order. Called the customer service number the employee gave me and they are closed. So I'm just out of luck.

The store is quite small and limited as far as being one of the few professional beauty stores around. How can al of the beauty professionals in macon supply their salons with that little store and limited product? They definitely need to work on having more products for facial services, they only carry a couple of items for facials and most of the items are ready made face masks that any non professional could buy and use at a slumber party. Professional... I think not, they are also expensive as well.

Five Star BAD Employee Attitude Negative Five Star Service...First I enter the Store and say Hi-Good Morning, and the Cashiers just ignore you. Then the one without a name badge just standing there looks at you with disgust. By Proffessional standards when a Customer walks in, the Curteous way of doing Buissness is to say "Good Morning, Do you need any assistance finding anything?"Secondly I begin shopping "Alone" I view several Manequin Products on the back aisles, but I did not see any with the texture that I was shopping for. I approch both Cashiers standing around talking to each other and ask if this was the only Manequin Inventory available in the Store? I need to purchase a manequin with a texture?Vanessa was very rude "she says the curly texture ones are in the back" I smiled and said ok could I see the Manequin products Or show me the Ailses they are located on, I have a question? Her and the other Cashier never leave the register to come assist me in shopping but she says "all my inventory is straight or curly texture. I go to the Register and ask Carol could you please show me the Manequin Products Aisle. I see two no texture Manequin Products on the shelf, maybe I did not see them. I walk back to the Register and describe the Follicle and the Texture I need and ask if it was out of stock now or available in the future? Vanessa rudely responds why don't you try Sallys Beauty for a different curly texture we don't carry any other than the four I have here."I explain again texture is from the follicle and not the same as curl patterns? I show a Manequin product from their web site to her, but she opens their Product catalog and after 5 minutes they both can't find texture Manequins.SMH Finally I turn the pages and show them 4 TEXTURE MANEQUINS.SMH Vanessa says "Oh those kind," well doesnt your School sell them to you??We don't sell "Those" Here, No one buys that kind of hair"just order it from our Catalog"you could also drive too Pasadena (25 miles away)"" I'm not going to call around to every single location."I finally interrupt her and say Thank You , and I smiled and walked away.

Worst customer service. The girls have no personality, no life to them. They look bored and miserable at there job. It's almost uncomfortable while checking out. They don't look at you or speak to you and when u say something they are short. This isn't the first time I go in there and it's the same thing. I only go to this one cause it's closest but I dread going each time. Maybe have the music up louder to bring up the mood.

This holiday season was crazy busy at our salon in Laverne. I would phone in my color orders and supplies with the ladies at the West Covina CosmoProf with no hassle. There store is always clean and on point. I go out of my way to come to the West Covina store. The girls here always greet you with a smile and you don't feel rushed to buy products. Thank you Ladies for always making my experience fabulous. If other stylist in the beauty industry feel the same way. Show them love

I truly love this location. Not only are all the girls helpful but they remember me at first name basis which makes the experience more personable. If they don't have an item in stock they offer to call me. Also they keep me in mind on my favorite items. I'll keep coming back here every time!

Store closes at 4 on sundays not 5 like everywhere says it does. Went and they had a little sticker over the 5 that now has a 4...

Love this location there always so helpful & the staff is AMAZING!!! Not to to mention there always going out of there way to update me on sales or new products. As a customer that makes me want to keep coming bck to this location. I dnt mind driving a little further to get the service I've been getting here. Thanx ladies you're AWESOME!!!
