Let's just say I did not have a good experience when I came there the other day. Apparently I asked for something that the representative felt I was unable to get. I'm upset because of the way she talked to me. She had a terrible attitude one of those she knows everything and can't be wrong type attitude do you know what I mean. I have a video showing her talking to me but I'm not sure if I should post it on here or I'm thinking about it because it mentions her name I don't know what to do. My first visit there was wonderful but this visit. Not sso good

The employees were awesome. The only reason I gave it a 1 was because they charged me twice for the same phones. Paid with one card and it didn’t print a receipt. So I paid again with a different card. The card that didn’t print a receipt was charged. I have been trying to get my $ back ever since. Been 3 month. Last word I heard was I need to bring my bank statement showing they took it out. The owner was gonna write me a check. It wouldn’t be a big deal but I need my $685.19 back. The girl that was helping me is now at another store. So the other people there don’t know what’s going on.

I've been using cricket for a little more than a year now and I've had problems with the service not working well in the area where I live. Nobody can hear me when I call them. Now the cheap TCL_4188C has stopped charging with any charger. I would be very careful when fooling with Cricket.

The store reps are ok. Its when u call customer service. Dont know what country they r working out of, but yesterday they turned off my phone Hotspot.. horrible. Service

I use to work here, and was guaranteed "FULL TIME.' then once a few weeks went by, I had to write my time down on a white board and almost went a whole month without a check after I had quit and they almost didn't pay me because my Hours were wiped from the erase board. I told them to take me off the schedule and they erased all the time I had worked.thank God I took a pic. and the speakers are over priced if u go to daily dealz beside cricket the same speakers owned by same people jacked up the prices in the cricket. deff will not go there again
