Absolutely horrible storage facility!! Use somewhere else. It’s dirty with trash littered throughout the facility. One day I came and heard someone snoring so there’s definitely someone living here. Customer service sucks and don’t seem to know what’s going on. The entrance in the front of the building doesn’t work so they make you use the back door which is not convenient if your unit is in the front. There used to be carts for you to use to help move your items but those have disappeared.

The ones I got in touch with the manager. It was either selling however it was hard to reach the manager. It seems safe enough. We share a review later. although they have been closed due to unforeseen circumstances, I think it ought to be a person to talk to you and let you know what’s going on because this is destination that hurts we can’t get our stuff held up some lights so we could get our stuff

My experience has been horrible. Cube Smart has a D- rating and it not associated with the BBB. NO ONE will call me back. I was told Helene damaged some electrical and it was unsafe, however, an article in the Macon newspaper tells me the property was vandalized. The local police have been very unhelpful in my calls. They cannot even tell me if my unit is part of the police report. I am terribly disappointed.

This facility had one way in. No other doors to enter facility would open. Storage unit did not meet my needs and no one was available on the weekend to assist me. I had to find last minute storage elsewhere because I had a truck full of furniture and nowhere to put it. It has been several days and still have not received word on getting my refund for the unit I never used.

Facility is conveniently located near my daughter’s university. We use it during school breaks. The on-site employee Missy was really great. She was professional, accommodating and very upfront regarding the policy and limitation at this time. There is an entrance that is out of commission that made it very taxing to move our things in and out of the facility. She was extremely helpful and made our move out easy and stress free. Thank you Missy at the Macon location.

I am a first time customer and I give 5 stars because the lady who checked us in made the process so easy. I didn't feel pressured or stressed out after I left from renting the unit. The ease of this location is amazing! Thank You!!

Great service and clean facility! I also feel safe coming here and confident that my stuff is secure here. I have been using this storage unit for almost a year now and I have never had any issues with rodents or critters. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone!!

Would not recommend the place. Door was broken most of the time we had our unit. Nails always in the parking lot and the place was not very clean. Rent was way more expensive than nicer places in town.

I needed storage late night and had my child with me. I booked online but it was upstairs. So the lady that was available changed me to a downstairs unit and even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was set up for me.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!! I HAVE TRIED TO MOVE OUT OF THIS STORAGE TWICE LAST MONTH! I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM CLT, NC AND PAID MOVERS TO MEET ME AT THE STORAGE TWICE ONLY TO NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY PAID CURRENT UNITS BOTH TIMES!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BULLY ME OUT OF MONEY BECAUSE THE UNIT IS ACTUALLY PAST DUE. HAD I BEEN ABLE TO MOVE LAST MONTH WE NEVER WOULD HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THE DOOR WAS BROKEN TO THE BUILDING. IT WAS ALSO NOT MY FAULT SOMEONE PUT AN UNLAWFUL OVERLOCK ON MY UNIT THAT WAS PAID AND CURRENT AT THE TIME. THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST BLEED YOU FOR MONEY. I WANT MY STUFF OUT OF THERE NOW!!! I HAVE HAD 2 UNITS FOR A YEAR YOU WOULD THINK CUSTOMER LOYALTY WOULD BE APPRECIATED BUT ITS NOT. DO NOT RENT HERE, PLEASE FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. YOU WILL REGRET PUTTING YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR HERE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO MAKE UP FOR MISTAKES THEY MAKE. IVE BEEN CALLING AROUND ALL DAY JUST TO GET SOMEONE IN CHARGE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP ME NOT JUST TAKE TAKE TAKE MY MONEY. I TRIED TO GET OUT TWICE!!!!! AND BECAUSE OF CUBESMART BOTH TIMES I STILL HAVE UNITS THERE HOW IS THAT FAIR???
