Was calling for 2 days no one in pharmacy picked up but once to put me on hold, which I did for 27 mins , this was @ 7am . I don't believe there could be mass rush at the pharmacy @ 7 in the morning??? No wonder a 2.5 rating....but corporate America doesn't care about the paying customer ? it seems!!!

Even though the workers are very friendly, the store desperately needs a makeover and needs to be throughly cleaned and organized from the inside out.

1. The only good thing is they are open 24 hrs. I went at 2:30 Saturday afternoon, 3 associates working but not a single register open - I had to use self checkout. And none of the registers will give cash back, including self checkout. What are the employees doing if no one is working a register? Same thing when I went at 11:30 at night - 2 employees but no register open and no cash back. What's the point!?!?! 2. The pharmacy no longer accepts my BCBS insurance. Really?!?!?!

I really give it 0 stars but, I dropped a prescription off and was told it would be ready in 30mins by a woman who ask I guess the big guy who is the pharmacist. THEY LIED, I needed the meds for pain that was a result of an emergency surgery…had I known it wouldn’t be prepared within those 30mins to an hour, I WOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT MY PRESCRIPTION WITH THESE SLOTHS!!!! I hate being lied to.

The most uncaring people in the pharmacy. After I was txt by the pharmacy that my prescription was ready I stopped into get it. The girl behind the counter said they don't have anything ready for me. When I showed her the text that was telling me to come get the prescription she said I can't help you we don't have anything ready for pick up. Didn't have a clue as to what was going on. I will have all my prescriptions mailed before I step foot through that door again. This was the first time I have been treated rudely either.

I set up an appointment to get a COVID test in the drive thru and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time the signs in the drive thru were all flipped over and there was no clear direction as to where I was supposed to go. I pulled back around to the first window and told the pharmacist i was there to take a test and she told me to drive back around to lane 2 Where someone would assist me. I did that and sat there for 15 minutes with no assistance while 3 other customers were being helped. I hit the call button to see what was going on and the lady told me to call the phone number on the flipped over sign (which I couldn't see because it was flipped over) I called the phone number and the person told me I need to set up an appointment (which I had already done). I told her I had done that already and was there to do the test. she then says that their system is down and they cannot do testing. What a waste of time and I am frustrated with the utter lack of communication from this place. This is the reason I stopped getting my prescriptions filled here because this store continuously lacks professionalism and basic communication to their customers. F minus minus minus.

Went to the drive thru pharmacy around 8pm person at the window was very friendly and they were quick about getting the medicine for my girlfriend that just gave birth. They said it usually takes an hour for narcotics but they had it done in 20 min.

Extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacy tech and pharmacist.. inquired about having a script filled ( it was one day early and I was going out of town where the regulations and law only allow a 3 day supply of this particular medication)The tech told me they only filled one or two days early... so I was well within the time frame but was told it was too early .. which i accepted but proceeded to ask when it would be fillable only to have her hang up on me. I called back and as soon as I identified myself I was hung up on again. The last and final effort I called and asked for the pharmacist the pharmacist was extremely rude and told me she would not fill the prescription and offered no time or day when it Could be filled. I have never experienced such an unprofessional rude and just all out horrible experience with any pharmacy .

I needed a feminine care product, which was locked in a cabinet. They had to announce it over the loud speaker and I had to wait 15 minutes for a product that cost $10. Embarrassing.

This location is a joke for pharmacy. Their staff doesn't care, takes care of people that cut in line first, and will have you waiting in their drive thru for a good thirty minutes. The pharmacy staff needs to be fired and replaced.

I have never been to a worse pharmacy. It is not uncommon to wait for over an hour to pick up a prescription that has already been filled and waiting. It amazes me just how incompetent the staff is. They will have someone wait 30min at the drive through window while they're is 5 cars behind them who just need to pick up a prescription that's ready or drop one off. They only use one line inside and instead of one for pickup, drop off, and consultation (like the big signs say). Which means you might want to drop off a prescription but you have to wait for 20min behind someone who is talking to the pharmacist. Go to another pharmacy.
