Tammy is very rude and not helpful. I had a coupon on my app and it was on the sticker in the store. It rang up incorrectly. I can understand things happen but she didn’t even walk to the back to check on the coupon that was on the glass in the back. That could’ve assisted with the concern but instead she kept repeating herself about the price not showing on the screen. I showed her the sale price on my phone and pointed to the isle that the sales price had on it. I told her to void the item when I saw she wasn’t going to check in the back for the sales ticket on the glass door. She snatched the paper towels, voided it, and walked off with such an attitude and disdain. I hope someone speaks with her about her demeanor. I normally don’t have issues with a representative there. They’re all nice but Tammy didn’t act like she was a worker. She acted like she was on the streets.

Quinlan made my shopping experience at CVS Northside Dr./Forest Hill Rd. a delight! He greeted me as I entered and helped me find everything I needed. He assisted me at checkout with my coupons. He was very friendly and engaging. He is just the kind of employee that employers want to have in customer service jobs. Quinlan was very outgoing and made me feel good and want to go back to that store. I hope Quinlan is on duty next time I go. He is new to this store but is a 9-year CVS employee. I had never met him before and am not kin to him. I just found him to be an outstanding employee. I hope he will rise quickly in the CVS corporation. I think he deserves recognition for his great attitude.

Horrible experience you’re better off finding a cvs 2 hours away. They close at 7 and never have your medicine ready.

Well I always assumed that when you close at 10 pm that means 10pm not 950pm. I guess the guys inside decided differently tonight. I just don’t get it.

The woman I spoke with in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional would not listen to a word I had to say and started being aggressive over the phone !!!

They are so incompetent that they won't bother to tell you that the pharmacy is closed on a given day. Their system let's you go to the pharmacy and then puts you on hold to wait for the pharmacy forever, rather than telling you the pharmacy is closed. How incompetent do you have to be not to program your system to tell you when the pharmacy is closed instead of putting you through just to hold forever. Obviously those who run this store, and its phone system, are incompetent, unintelligent, and couldn't care less about their customers.

I went there today and these people have no respect of your time … I was in line she scan my meds then went to answer the phone didn’t even say please wait a moment or I’ll be right back… just left me standing there ( found out she was the pharmacist ) and would not look my way she was on the phone for 4 minutes and 38 seconds came over so I could PAY for my prescription never apologize or nothing !!she was nice and friendly but this was ridiculous please make it make sense!! Anyway I transferred to Kroger I feel like if they don’t respect my time or care that you just left me standing there you don’t deserve my money !!!

Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. We had a 6pm appointment to get a flu shot and when we arrived they said they were out of shots. The shot area was filthy with bandaid wrappers all over the floor. I love CVS, but not this one.
