Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. We had a 6pm appointment to get a flu shot and when we arrived they said they were out of shots. The shot area was filthy with bandaid wrappers all over the floor. I love CVS, but not this one.

It could use some improvement in helping customers. Needs to not shutdown for lunch, everyone can go on break at different times. The pharmacy NEEDS to Stay open as long as the rest of the store is opened. What if I'm on my break and I had to come pick up a prescription for something to help with my heart, or something to keep from throwing up that is something that my Doctor called in how am I going to get it? This is some things that you all need to look at.

I have used CVS for a while now but never the one on Forest Hill Toad. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the speed I received my new prescription. This will definitely be my preferred store in town.

I switched to Walgreens on Vineville after the Asst Mgr told me they had too much business and I should change pharmacy’s. BUT Walgreens is also the pits.

the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. you wait in line for up to an hour and the service is horrible. the pharmacists that work here are SO rude and so unhelpful. they say that they don’t have anything for you but do not even check to see. i do not even want to leave 1 star rating. we will be switching pharmacies.

No passport photos. Why advertise that you do it, and then refuse? This was 5th place that day that had ability and just didn't want to do it.

The pharmacy is terrible. Plan to wait an hour or so for your prescription pick up whether you do the drive thru or go inside the store for pick up this location is not impressive. 50% chance that your prescription is actually ready for pickup like their app and text messaging system says. I recommend going to the Bass Rd CVS location. I made the switch and Bass Rd CVS is 100% better service, better pickup times, and better accuracy in having prescriptions ready on time.

Nice clean location. I stopped in to get a manicure set to keep in my car (forgot to clip my nails short before pottery class LOL!). There was a young lady (customer service clerk or whatever they are calling it these days) helping a flustered mom in a hurry with a toddler who kept grabbing random things off the shelf. The clerk was so kind & tender-hearted toward the mom. This same clerk also checked me out when she got a chance. Such a pleasant personality. I wish I had got her name!
