All of the ladies at this pharmacy location are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I also get all of my shots there with hardly any wait.
My previous CVS had a male pharmacist for while that was just no help at all. If he didn’t have something it was on you to go find it.
Not so with 3012 Houston road location at the corner of Houston and Hartley. There are two on Hartley bridge road. This is the one furthest from I- 75 at Houston road end of Hartley.
If they don’t have something, they call other CVS stores trying to find it for you and if that doesn’t work they will let you know when they expect it or tell you a competing pharmacy to try.
Again, friendly and always helpful. I generally deal with Tina who is one of the pharmacist or Ginger at the window but I’ve get great service from everyone there.

Come on man all I wanted to do was ask a few questions, I get that it’s a rainy Sunday and they are probably understaffed, but I was literally the only customer in the entire store. It’s an older lady with glasses that honestly seemed like she could have cared less to help me. All I’m trying to do is find out if my insurance is in network. I certainly wouldn’t want Her dealing with my elderly father‘s medication.

My pharmacy was out of the prescription I needed ASAP & the team here was happy to help me get it transferred and available for me to have in time. I am especially thankful for Kinsley, who spoke up from the back and helped save me over $100 when my insurance wasn’t covering it. I was very impressed by the pharmacy team and would recommend!

Pharmacy techs, with exception of 1 are rude, lazy, unhelpful and have no clue how to explain things to patients. They look like they hate there jobs and apparently can take 4 steps from the drive thru to a working computer, so people in the drive thru can be served. Will be finding a new place to go, and will let my patients know to do the same.

This CVS does everything right: the employees are courteous, pleasant, cheerful, and friendly, and highly professional; the store is clean and well stocked; the sales are great; and the self-service checkout is a fabulous option. Thank you, CVS!
