The telephone greeting given to all callers made me feel that this was a place to go. My doctor, Medicare and Humana referred me to this location. I arrived and was told that if I needed it so bad I would purchase it myself. My insurance, HumanaChoice was to pay 90%. After the patience shown by Mr. Dontrell P I was able to use a coupon of 40%. There’s a big monetary difference between the 2 when speaking of much needed medical equipment but as the pharmacist and staff said…. “If you need it so bad just pay for it yourself “. I did.

The staff at this location is very rude. Well at least the lady who answered the phone on 4/26 around 4pm. My daughter was inquiring about a job. The lady was rude and hung up on her. People need to understand that working in customer service for a company as big as that one GREAT CUSTOMER SEEVICE is a most!!! Bad customer service will make people not wanna shop there yet alone trying to get a job there. Please do better young lady.

The people who work here steal. A cashier stole a gift card that was paid for in the amount of $50. She did this by ringing up a customer and giving them another gift card in pace of that. Which was indeed without money. When the customer went back they were told there was nothing they could do. I called Macys and they said CVS didn’t even load the gift card. It was obvious. So basically stole someone’s Christmas gift of $50. They basically ruined someone’s Christmas and birthday gift. The managers do nothing. The pharmacy is even worse. I don’t even want to start explaining how they get medication wrong and still work there. Nor are they written up. We are treated with attitudes when we get our meds too. Some serious change needs to happen here or it needs to be shut down. No sense of concern or care at all.

Line is always long. They have 5-6 employees and nothing is never on time when they say it’s going to be ready. They told me 2:30 i come back at 4:30 still not ready. They ask for me to give them 30 min come back still not ready like what is going on in there?
