I signed up for Rx delivery 4 months ago and I have had problems getting delivery. About half the time I have to pick them up myself. For this I pay $5.00 per month. Now I'm told I have to go through an ap. so they can put them in the mail. This is not what they told me when I signed up. They don't pay attention to Rx instruction, also. I keep telling them I don't want a child-proof cap and sometime I get one that I cannot open unless I use a hammer and screwdriver! Maybe I need change in drugstore!

Quinlan made my shopping experience at CVS Northside Dr./Forest Hill Rd. a delight! He greeted me as I entered and helped me find everything I needed. He assisted me at checkout with my coupons. He was very friendly and engaging. He is just the kind of employee that employers want to have in customer service jobs. Quinlan was very outgoing and made me feel good and want to go back to that store. I hope Quinlan is on duty next time I go. He is new to this store but is a 9-year CVS employee. I had never met him before and am not kin to him. I just found him to be an outstanding employee. I hope he will rise quickly in the CVS corporation. I think he deserves recognition for his great attitude.

Horrible experience you’re better off finding a cvs 2 hours away. They close at 7 and never have your medicine ready.

Well I always assumed that when you close at 10 pm that means 10pm not 950pm. I guess the guys inside decided differently tonight. I just don’t get it.

They are so incompetent that they won't bother to tell you that the pharmacy is closed on a given day. Their system let's you go to the pharmacy and then puts you on hold to wait for the pharmacy forever, rather than telling you the pharmacy is closed. How incompetent do you have to be not to program your system to tell you when the pharmacy is closed instead of putting you through just to hold forever. Obviously those who run this store, and its phone system, are incompetent, unintelligent, and couldn't care less about their customers.

The woman I spoke with in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional would not listen to a word I had to say and started being aggressive over the phone !!!
