I ran out of my medication and needed a refill. I go to CVS for them to tell me it’s expired. So, I call my doctor and schedule an appointment. I arrive at the doctor and ask why my medication was expired only for my doctor to say I still had 11 refills left! I literally watched her with my own eyes send in for a refill. So, I go back to CVS only for them to say they didn’t have it. This specific medication I can’t quit cold turkey—it alters my brain chemistry, but they could care less! Worst CVS in the area! Everyone in there should be fired—especially in the pharmacy!

Whoever the individual is that approved the automated voice assistant should be relieved of their duties immediately. Impossible to get through it. CVS has really declined in recent years. No wonder people are leaving

After 20 years I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Medication back ordered and they no longer call the doctor to request a substitute.

Went in to CVS at 810pm (they do not close until 9pm) I wanted to use their money services that they offer daily, the female staff member I spoke to said it was too late in the day to do that because she would have to recount the register. The service is advertised as available until closing time and while doing your job and recounting the register may be inconvenient she is literally getting paid to do so. Not impressed, not professional. Another female staff member was standing to the left of me yelling at another employee on staff about taking her handbag in to the pharmacy area of the store and accusing her of stealing. Keep driving and go to another CVS. I will say the male staff member and older female who is usually there are wonderful but evening staff 12/12 unprofessional and chaotic.

Employees made derogatory comments regarding my sexuality and race (white)were completely unhelpful and videos were taken for social media regarding comments.

Medications are always on back order. The lady at the window is super rude. And I never get notifications on meds that are on back order either. I had hoped to have a better experience here but it's been 5 months and still have problems.
