Amber was awesome. When we arrived we were helped over and beyond by her. I love that she was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to look at alternatives even if it went beyond the store. That's real customer service! It was really refreshing and it's always a joy to see a smiling face and she was genuine. Thanks Amber!!!

Terrible experience. The girl “helping” was not helpful at all. Every time I asked about any alterations I was told it would change the “structure” of the dress (which I’ve learned is not true). I also felt extremely rushed. She did not pull any dresses for me. My friends and I had to pull all of my own dresses & had only tried 4 before I was told there was only 5 minutes left in my session. I understand they have more people coming in, however they could’ve been polite about the experience. So thankful I will not be returning.

I came down from Atlanta twice because of the amazing experience with Ms. Tamika. She was my stylist and she really took care of me. She made my experience stress free and I really appreciate her through the process! I love this David’s Bridal & the drive was well worth it! Thank you all for taking care of me!

From the help of Katelyn to find the right dress to the assistance I received from the manager and other associates when I finally walked in and said yes to the dress they all made me feel completely comfortable and excited about my wedding and finding the perfect fit

Erika was amazing in the alterations department. She is truly a master of her craft! She listened to me, and gave great advice to make me feel at ease. She’s super friendly and helped me pick out my shoes and exchange my veil for something more youthful. She even took a video of me and showed me off to her coworkers. She made me feel very special❤️ (and snatched!!!)

The team at Davids Bridal is awesome, they even squeezed me in for a last minute appointment! Tamika was my bridal stylist and helped me a bunch, making sure the dresses fit as they should and adding belts, straps, and veil. The other ladies we amazing too with their advice and encouragement!
