There were a lot of selections. However, it was impossible to get a small shipping cart through appearal. I wanted 3+ minutes for a staff member to unlock the dressing room. When she arrived, she said, "Whew, they have me working 2 departments today."

Just got the worst treatment I have ever had from an employee at that store from the guy at the shoe deparment, not helpful at all when said that I was looking for shoes for my wide feet, just said "ok" without helping, then saw me trying one that was on display and didnt help either. Then one I chose one, left me there stading. Just got tired turn my back on him and then he asked "what size?". I just left the shoe there. It is a shame I was treated like that after a few times of really good treatment from other employees.

The employees are always near by to help in any way. Their loyalty program is a heavens sent when it's baseball season.

Had to get insulated overalls for the coming freezing temps. I was disappointed that there were only 2 ladies overalls. But I did find insulated pants that will work, and they fit over my work pants. They were a little pricey, but I'll be warm. They did have less expensive ones, but either too small or way too big. Better planning on my part next time!
I was hoping for back pockets, but they had two top front pockets and one lower one to hold my cell phone.

Customer service was great. The woman who helped me find shoes was very nice and patient. I also didn’t catch the name of the guy, but I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness of our cashier and the time he took to make small talk while checking out.

We had a salesman by the name of Davion he was not great at all. It seems like he did not want to be here. I tried to order my wife some shoes and he would drop them off and keep walking
