Upon entering this establishment, the store was in complete disarray. My wife and I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt considering one register was open and it seemed as if one person was working. After my wife retrieved what she wished to buy, we proceeded to stand in a line that was only getting longer. Two workers emerged from an aisle together, looked at the cashier's line and proceeded down another aisle. So, my wife and I respectfully put the item back and left the store.
This type of behavior is due to piss poor management and obvious lack of training. This establishment is a significant departure of the conduct I would expect of a dollar tree. I recommend terminating the entire staff and starting over or closing the store.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience, purchased heat transfer vinyl after learning from YouTube, it is available at Dollar Tree.

Looks like the hours were updated. Last night and earlier this morning showed open at 8am. Was there this morning and staff was inside but yelled through the glass that they open at 9. No posted hours on door/window. However, they did allow an employee to make a purchase but turned away myself and another customer.

J'étais de passage et c'était la première fois que j'allais chez dollar tree à Macon et c'était très inconfortable au début le service client était très mauvais ils ne voulaient même pas saluer le client et encore moins s'en souciaient si j'avais besoin d'aide pour trouver quelque chose de tout désorganisé et un peu sale, je dirais seulement que ce n'était pas mon expérience

Rudest dollar tree ever. An employee was pretty much trying to fight because she left a mess and I was trying to help and she wanted to make slick comments, and didn’t expect for me to say anything. Don’t threaten your employees, and don’t make remarks about disabilities.

This location is unorganized,needs cleaning , has no idea of what customer service is , the workers are never in proper uniform and items are not in their correct locations. The acciates are all arguing with each other. I ask a simple question and got a smart degrading answer in return . Then with a bonus I was told " we just did inventory and we don't have ANYTHING in-stock ". When clearly each isle is full of unopened merchandise that has not been put away. She returned to speaking with one of her friends talking about the streets( I say this because the women she was helping out had just cashed out and apparently i interrupted their conversation which was loud ). I nor my family or friends of friends will not be using this location . I did drive to the Eisenhower where they greet everyone and help me to find exactly what I was looking for.

At $1.25, most items are still a bargain. Also, many of the (yummy) cookies and snacks come from overseas (for example, France, Sweden, Norway) and are not found in US grocery stores.
