The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They stay stocked and it’s a comfortable environment. This is the best Family Dollar in Macon. They treat their customers with respect.

I could not get a refund from a product I purchased not even 30 mins. Just because the product did not have a 100% guarantee sticker , she could not refund me my money. Second, they did not have a sign saying no refunds unless the product has a red sticker.

I just left this store. The chic behind the counter who looks like Biggie Smalls was.. you guessed it… rapping with her music blasting in her ear. When I asked for assistance she was rude and looked at me like I was bothering her. The employees in this store are usually friendly and helpful.

This is by far the worst family dollar I've ever been to. Managers are rude, no one is ever at the register, items are never on the shelves because everything is in boxes and you have to literally roll the dice on when they are open. This establishment is a significant departure of what a family dollar should be. Shut the store down and put a store here that actually wants our community's business or fire everyone and start over. I think I speak for the entire Northside of Macon when I say we are sick of it!
