The employees here (and just about every middle GA location I’ve dealt with) are incompetent. I had a package that got delivered here for pickup, and they never marked it as ready for pickup. So it sat for a week, then they sent it back. It wasn’t until they sent it back that they went back and marked it as ready for pickup a week before. I had printed out the tracking information to prove it, but they still cast the blame on me.

went in trying to drop off packages, there was a comically long line and i was pretty much ignored. even trying to tell the only person working there i was going to drop off, she never made eye contact or acknowledged i was there and was on the phone - i guess helping another customer. i mean that's fine, i didn't need anything other than to make sure my stuff was scanned in when she wasn't busy, but i never even got that chance. not really blaming the worker, she was like deer in headlights at that point running the place by herself.

FedEx is a horrible company that doesn’t hold their employees accountable for anything. I had 4 packages “go missing” like no one could find them at all, and they weren’t small. One was A bedframe two were large sets of blinds and the fourth one was outdoor patio furniture. Customer service kept telling me they would be delivered the next day, over the span of 5 different times I called. None of my packages were ever delivered and come to find out one of them would have been delivered but it was so badly handled that they had to return to the sender. Once I reached out to the company I purchased from they informed me that they didn’t have my item in stock anymore so I would have to get a store credit. Now I have another package that was shipped by fedex(not at my choice) and it’s missing as well. It was supposed to be delivered two days ago. I never have had this problem with any other shipping company. FedEx Employees are stealing from people and the company doesn’t even care. They have done nothing to make it right and I still have no packages.

First off giving this location 1 star is a stretch. I would give them NO stars if I could. My wife expressed how the sales associate Christina didn't put FRAGILE on the side of the package like she told my wife she would. Well the items were broken and the Christmas present was ruined over Christina lack of following through with her promise to put FRAGILE or maybe the inability to write ✍️. Not sure which it was but anyway, I will never go back to this place and I have already told some of my colleagues about the lack of paying attention to detail they offer here. If you want your items that you ship broken or box crushed then this is your place. But not for me and my family. Sorry to see FedEx has gone down hill so bad over such LAZY employee's or should I say kids trying to do grown up work.

If I could give zero stars I would. On 12/9/2024 @ 12:01 I mailed off a package to my daughter for Christmas. Christina asked me if there was anything breakable or fragile, I stated yes, there's a glass jar , she knew it had a breakable item in the box, she neglected to put fragile on the box so the driver would know to handle it. Nothing was written stating it was fragile, so I have absolutely no doubt it was thrown in the back of the FedEx truck. I was told it was out for delivery on 12/11, my daughter didn't receive the box until yesterday night. It was clearly not delivered Wednesday night, it was delivered by another driver. What The Hell. My daughter opens up the box to find a broken jar that had Cookie mix in it. Not only did the cookie mix get all over the items in the box, they had to shake out the items to make sure there was no glass. It's not a matter of the lid came off and spilled, the lid was clearly in tact. This fiasco should have never happened but it did because a employee Christina was neglectful and didn't give a damn about a customers package. I went in to the Location and told the Manager Derrick what happened. He told me he would look at the video. He'll clearly see no where on the box does it or did it say Fragile. Don't ask a customer a question and not follow through. That makes you look incompetent. All they could say was I'm sorry it happened, Sorry, your employee is incompetent? Sorry, that you don't properly train your employees on how to listen to the Customers. Customers are your bosses, if you didn't have Customers, you wouldn't have business, no business, no work= no paycheck. I had to apologize to my daughter that one of her Christmas presents was broken because of someone's incompetence. Your damn straight I'm filing a claim on this . FedEx is going to make it right.

Had a rude encounter with a worker. I asked him could I place a heavy item on the counter and he just looked at me. Luckily the young lady who helped me saved the day.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon after very frustrating experience with Etsy download issues. Evan was absolutely wonderful and patient and helped us figure it out and got our prints for our niece’s nursery. They turned out great.

Very sullen clerk. Obviously did not like having to work. Very slow service.
