I used express delivery on Feb 4th for a very important package to send to the state. The state office is less than 10 min away from this Fed Ex location and somehow it’s the 10th of February and my package still isn’t delivered. This caused my information to miss an important review. I called several times on the 7th and 8th they reassured me it would be delivered but now have to start a delivery issue report. The initial worker handling my package was extremely incompetent. The other workers were slow to respond. Not to mention it costed $11 plus change. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Would like to commend Christine for providing excellent customer service. She is also very patient and knowledgeable. I had problems scanning documents and she went over and beyond assisting me. I also observed her assisting other customers. She is a great asset to Fedex in my opinion. Thanks Christine. You deserve the best.

Listen DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHIPPING WITH Fedex literally go up the street to UPS..They really need to start charging them on a federal level for mishandling people packages. It’s such a crime! How is it that I pay for set shipping my package is sealed and secured and ready for shipping I leave it with them because how else would it get to its destination. It was scanned in to be shipped and hasn’t been scanned again besides that location so what could have happened to it? I’m still trying to figure it out and they have such nonchalant attitudes when it’s not their concern and for that alone fire them so someone can come in and handle business the right way I shouldn’t have to file a claim to get some weak excuse and automated messages when my package should have been handled with care from the beginning the things I was shipping was priceless, very important, and needed so what is a refund going to do? I want and need my package. Now it’s in limbo due to being mishandled. It’s very disappointing. Called in and spoke with a female named Evan about a package that was shipped from this location she said well we’re a print shop okay and y’all also ship packages as well but she kept trying to push me off to customer service she said it was no manager working, no lead, only associates she asked for the tracking number I provided it she got it wrong huffing and puffing on the phone put me on hold as if she was tracking the package came back still with the incorrect tracking number. I Provided it she read off what the package has been saying since Tuesday. And people with her type of attitude is the reason why respect is at an all time low. No one asked you to work your job that was a choice. It takes nothing to be kind and provide customer service in which you wish to receive it. Who ever is the operations manager of this location really need to step in and conduct some type of quality assurance, customer service, operation order refresher course because this is seriously unacceptable.

Hi,I have a very important package for dental hygiene school that I have been waiting to receive that was supposed to be delivered 7/12/23. It is now 7/20/23. I have paid for the 2 day delivery option since this item is an expensive teeth model that I need for class. When I look at my tracking information it says that on the 12th-14th my package was attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I work from home so I am home all day sitting at my desk right next to the front door window that gives me a good view of my porch and street. Every day I see the FedEx van pass by. Sometimes they sit there in my small apartment complex’s parking lot for a few minutes then leave or they just drive past by. The drivers are too lazy to get out their trucks and falsify information claiming no one is at home or no adult is available to sign for package. I have never gotten a knock at my door or a note for pick up. I have also not been contacted to come to a FedEx location to pick up my package even though they stopped “attempting” even delivering my package. I am leaving for vacation this afternoon and will not be back until 07/31/23. I have been waiting on my package for EIGHT DAYS over my estimated delivery time.

I was trying to return a rug that would not fit back in its original packaging. It was stressful and I needed help repackaging it. Derrick provided excellent customer service and assisted me with my return in the most professional way. He was super helpful and kind! I highly recommend this FedEx location and its staff! Everyone is friendly and attentive.

Ms. Lekia was very kind to help me fax my important papers and make copies.. I didn't know how to operate the machines and she was very helpful.. need more like her..Thank You Very Much ?

Walked up to the counter as the previous customer was leaving. The person who served her also walked off. When she came back she helped a different person who came in after me. Then another worker came out and I thought "oh good she can help me", but no. She helped a different person who also came in after me. More people were coming in and I knew it was hopeless and left. There's no excuse for not helping the person who was next.

So I contacted this business about an order that I needed to place but wanted to make sure it was going to get done in time. I spoke with an employee and he suggested emailing a copy of what I need and then he would call back. He never did, I rush and went into store and did it myself, it wasn't the best quality but I'm an amateur. Do not recommend going here for any service, but if you are a little tech savy it comes in clutch.

I work in customer service and the treatment my Aunt and I received was extremely disappointing and disheartening. My Aunt accidentally dropped her debit card in the store. She only used the the copier. One of the associates was standing right next to her and there was another customer at the printer adjacent to her. She went out to her vehicle and realized she did not have her card. She went back inside to ask if someone picked it up. She was informed If someone found it would be kept it at the desk. I came to the establishment to assist her with locating her card. When we came inside together, the associate closing with the manager immediately stated we are closed before my aunt could even ask to look one more time. She asked if she could look in the area she was in once more. She also asked to see surveillance footage in which David stated he couldn’t do that. He asked us to leave. As my aunt and I proceeded to look by the copy machine, David said m’am don’t go back there and provided extremely poor customer service demanding us to leave while we looked on the floor intently. We still looked by the machine. David walked to the door and told us we could come back at 8am. If anyone has ever lost something, let alone a debit card, it is stressful. We did nothing to David. Furthermore, his associate showed no empathy or consideration. David was very unprofessional and condescending indicative of him stating “ see you at 8 in the morning.”
