I just went in for an exchange and the store manager Jennifer. Rude and take your money somewhere else. No good customer service and she said her associates are being retrained. She needs retraining . Can't say the policy changed in a couple of days

After having the hardest day I wanted to shout out Bre from Five Below! Had a hard time looking for what I needed and he was so patient and friendly after asking if I needed help. Really turned my day around!

9/2/24 at 5:38pm This employee at the store named Jamie put my money on the counter(after I put it in his hand), and left me standing there saying he had to go help another customer behind me(like I’m not the current customer). Rude would be an understatement. I hope the store run the camera back.

The assistant manager, Pam (the lady with faded, poorly done, multicolored hair) has a bad attitude. She’s rude. I understand you’re working, so if you need to get somewhere that a paying customer is standing, say excuse me. Don’t stand there huffing & puffing trying to move me. This isn’t the only time she’s had a nasty attitude. I was in there another time & she accused a family of stealing & started taking pictures of them. Y’all need to reevaluate your management choices here. She definitely doesn’t need to be a member of management.

This location is a bit small. In an obscure location. The store was a bit unorganized. But, the one person running check out was great! She was fast and multitasking!

I like this store enough. They usually have cool finds. I’m wondering though, what’s the purpose of SELF checkout if an employee is going to do it for me???? I go to self a checkout so I don’t have to be bothered or engage in unnecessary small talk. Just take me to the register or leave me alone, my goodness. Kind of counter intuitive, but I digress.

Store was decently stocked. Didn't like we couldn't check out in the self checkouts. We had to wait for a worker to check us out. Why have self checkouts then!!!!!!!
