I drive 45 minutes to 5 Star Mazda for car maintenance and it's worth the drive for the professional technicians and everyone treats you like family and truly care about your needs and .satisfaction..I was in the market for a Mazda this year and had a choice between the Mazda dealer in South Atlanta or 5 Star Mazda in Macon. I chose 5 Star and I'm very happy I did !

The service manager Chellsey, parts person Austin, and technician John were phenomenal when I brought my vehicle in for service. They gave me a detailed explanation of the health of my vehicle and helped me with exactly what I needed. They were welcoming, friendly, and their honesty and hard work was refreshing.

I absolutely love my new car! I had a great buying experience thanks to Hilda. She’s super chill to work with, answered any of my questions(I had a lot. lol), didn’t pressure me into my decision, she made sure all of my requests were handled, and most importantly she’s a genuinely nice person. I was greeted with a hug when I arrived and sent off with a hug.If you’re looking for a salesperson, I definitely recommend Hilda! She’s a 10/10!I appreciate all the work she did to help get me a great deal as well as the work Shawn did. This definitely ranks as my best buying experience in regards to purchasing a new vehicle. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for me to upgrade! Thanks again to everyone!

I am not sure what happened when my car was last serviced and front brakes replaced. I had to take my car back in the next day because the engine light came on and everything had to be recoded. Now when I go to put my brakes on; the motor revs up and the brakes do not seem to work? It is very scary at red lights! I need to bring it back to Macon. This is the 1st time that I have ever had a problem w/ my car and the service Dept.Services: Auto brake repair

I was only in for an oil change but it was performed as required and on time. I was offered shuttle service to and from local places but decided to wait. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.Services: Vehicle Inspection

The staff was very accommodating and polite. They were very professional and got our vehicle ready in a reasonable amount of time. There are two things that need attention: (1) is the waiting room size...it's way too cramped and not very Handicapped friendly and (2) we paid for a Service Contract when we purchased the car, I shouldn't have to tell them that, that information should come up whe the VIN or our last name is entered into their computer...other than those issues we had a good experience.Service: Oil change

Coming to have my Mazda serviced at Five Star Mazda is a 2 hour drive. I gladly drive there because I trust Rich Cook ? to keep my vehicle in the best shape. He also advises me of more detailed services that my car needs so that I can prepare and budget the costs. He he thorough, professional, and friendly!Services: Tire rotations

I would give negative stars if I could. I wrote earlier not to buy from this dealership or anyone Five Star related. Then I got an email from a very sweet, efficient and concerned customer loyalty specialist, Amanda. She worked with me, the dealerships and the regional manager Patrick. So we decided to give them another chance because they told us they would make it right. After several months of communicating, we were not offered a better deal on any car than we could get anywhere. When I asked for Patrick to call or email, once again there was no response. Five Star Mazda does not care about customer service or customer loyalty. Not only do we still have a car that has many issues they couldn't and wouldn't correct without a blank check, they once again didn't do anything to make it right.
