She explained the details clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. They were super responsive, professional, and put together a great deal for me that included getting the vehicle I was looking for via a dealer trade. Their salespeople and managers are great and I was very pleased with the service I received.

The experience was satisfactory through the buying process. However the wait time for the closure of the sale was unsatisfactory. This was a cash sale but we were there for almost 4 hours waiting for their financial guy to get to our paying and signing a ton of paperwork. Again, this was a cash sale.

This was the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. The entire process took maybe 3 hours total (1 hour at home filling out an online application and speaking to sales / finance). We arrived at our appointment time on Saturday where we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The car I purchased was already washed and filled up with gasoline. We drove the car and Noah (sales) set up my Apple Car Play and Mazda iPhone app. All of our questions were answered by knowledgeable staff. The deal was exactly as agreed upon by phone the day before. We left the dealership with the rest of our Saturday afternoon available to enjoy our new car! We highly recommend Five Star Mazda, Noah Williams in sales, and Nicholas Morgini, finance. Added bonus, I LOVE my CX-5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #zoomzoom
