Do not shop here they are rude unprofessional and will racially profile you. They will also give you something you didn't ask for , and when you realize they say that's what you asked for , they refuse to exchange or give a refund absolutely despicable service, you get better customer service and experience in a third world country absolutely sad that circle k allows these types of lazy disrespectful people to tarnish there name.

Last night, I went to Circle K on Mercer University Drive. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for a type C charger and a block for my cell phone. Since it was after store hours, and I had just come back from Hartsfield International Airport, so most places to purchase a charger were closed, except convenience stores. The young man selected both a charger wire which included two prongs ( one for C charger and one for I phone). He stated that was all he had available. I paid $43.70 which is still pending on my debit card. When I brought it home to connect it, it did not work on my phone. In fact, the phone stated in short terms that it was the wrong charger for my phone. After watching my phone battery deteriorate throught the night and this morning, I drove back to the store to return the items and get my money back. Both clerks, female, insisted they were the right ones, even though the message on my phone said they were not. The resolution was that I kept the block, but the charger was given back, and I was handed a $1.00 bill for my troubles. I am requesting that the remainder of my money is returned since I have a product that was returned and only given $1.00. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

It's 8:52 am. Tues. April 1st . the cashier was mean. She was rushing me to buy. She thinks I don't have money to pay for gas and didn't think I had $14 on me. Starting with me just because I'm black with dreads. It might look like I steal or rob a store. But discriminate me is wrong for her to do that. I just came to buy snacks and get gas. That was it. Came here yesterday morning about 840am trying add cash to my chime the man go tell me he ain't adding cash to chime I said when are you going to start taken cash so I can come back later he go tell me he aint in that y'all don't do adding cash on chime anymore.When I just came the night before in the lady told me it was close to come back in the morning.Now I come back he tell me this.Its crazy how folks don't want to do they job correctly.Been coming here for over 10years in never had a problem now this.Yall lost a very loyal customer.

I was here to buy 2 coffee here at this location of circle k and pay with under auto charge payment, after I ask to take extra sugar pink sugar packs and creamer because I was taking one coffee other person so I don’t how much sugar or cream he need but employee name LEFTY was there he stopped me and said I have to pay for it, and then pour that sugar packs and creamer inside the store and Leave then That employee LEFTY came after me on parking lot and Accusing me for shop lifting and I am also posting this photo that I paid every thing which I buy

I went to the 3391 Mercer university drive macon ga store # 2745075 to get gas and the oven made cookies and the manager at that store was so damn Rude and disrespectful to me. Even other customers were saying to me to report her. I am an elderly woman and she was very disrespectful and rude in speaking to me about a cooling process for cookies. She had 2 other employees there and a store of customers in the line. It took all I could not to be rude and disrespectful to her. After giving it thought I said I would report her. She wouldn’t give me the manager’s name and number OVER her. If she can’t respect her elders and speak in a better tone she shouldn’t be working or come in contact with customers. I was just telling the young lady about a issue I had with the pump the night before and she was unnecessarily rude and I come here too much to be treated like that. I am a regular or was before today.? I was in too much of a good mood to really get upset about the way she talked to me but I did not know that they gave out of the gas but 3 times in the past I have paid for gas at the self checkout and the system held my money but I was not able to get any gas. I was cordial about it but circle k needs to realize you can't have technical difficulties and a unnecessary attitude from circle k managers with customers.??

The employees are so lazy ever since they got the self check out machine the employees are always directing everyone to use it rather than check you out themselves and they're always sitting on their phones or eating
