Work across the street from this circle K and there is something wrong the cashier NeNe. You really should find people that know how to work with the public. Her customers service skills are horrible. People are always having to wait in line for this lady to move. We only get a 15 minute break and when you gotta stand in line for 20 minutes, it’s ridiculous. The only thing that comes out of this woman’s mouth is no. Horrible.

Stopped by to pick up a drink and snacks, I have never used there self check out before. I then asked the lady to assist or could she just check me out her response we only do self check out. I said ok, then prices that where brought up on screen didn't match prices marked on items( on shelf) , I questioned her to see if I was wrong she was one of the most rudest people I have ever encountered. Quote per her, guess day ain't on duh sale no moe. OK you might want to remove the prices from the shelf! Then another person was waiting she then responded to the other individual to walk around me so she then could check them out! I just don't understand. I get that some times we all have bad days. But I will never I mean never use a Circk K again. Even the one I use 6 days a week headed to work to get fuel and coffee. It really upset me. I get it they want take a major loss in profit by me not using them any more but, I refuse to use them I rather walk to a Quick Trip or Race Trak and get fuel if I run out before I even pull into a Circle K ever AGAIN!

The customer service here is nonexistent. First of all we were glared down as soon as we walked in the door, as soon as we got up to check out the same lady was about to walk up to an open register to check us out, looked at us and acted like we didn’t exist. My husband scanned a drink and set it off to the side and the lady snatched it and forcefully set it down telling us “uh uh don’t put that there” proceeds to give us a back right in my face. These people were not raised right and do not need to be working in a place that involves any type of hospitality skill.

I will not be giving my business to this location from now on.
I've had it with this place, came in to buy some cigarettes and a couple beers.. I ask for two packs of Marlboro lights and the clerk "accedenty" rings me up for three. Not thinking and tired from a long day of work I hold my card up to pay. After the transaction I show the her my receipt and tell her that she accedently rang me up for three packs, she looks confused and tells me that she can't put it back on my card. I tell her, no big deal you can just give me another pack, no worries. She says OK, and then helps another customer in line next to me, as I wait.. And then turns to me and says "your good".. I tell her, you never gave me the pack of smokes.. And she says oh, I thought you said beer. Maybe she was busy or over whelmed, I'm not sure, but she handed me the pack of smokes without checking my receipt, after she apparently forgot about the whole thing.... very strange... Transaction happened on Aug 22nd at 11:54:56 (Accedently posted this review for the Zebulon store) in case the store wants to look into it.
Also, It's not uncommon for homeless people to hang out there. No big deal, they normally do not cause any issues, but tonight the guy that is a normy, is out yelling and cussing out people in the parking lot..

Stopped in for a few things. Employees are rude and that is including the garbage Subway that’s inside. I’ll be sure to avoid this place, once again.

Guy working behind the counter this day, at 3:30pm looked totally disinterested to be there let alone help any one. Didnt appear to care one way or another. Customer service is NOT his cup of tea.

Been a regular here for almost a year and only one time was an employee friendly to me. Decent gas station, clean and lots of options but don’t expect anyone to be nice. I’ve worked at a gas station myself for years and I understand things can get stressful but the constant attitude some of these people have is horrible. Definitely won’t be stopping in anymore.

Extremely unfriendly staff. I've never felt welcome anytime I come in. I try to avoid it if I can, but with my apartment right next door it's a necessary evil at times.

Not the cleanest store by any means. They don't have a great coffee selection in terms of creamers/selection unlike other Circle K. Staff is just okay. Not the friendliest. Prefer the one on Zebulon/one by Geico better.

Wow, super modern coffee machines with fresh brewed coffee! Touch screen....I had to ask a nice customer how to work it! And also computerized check out system - the employee doesn't do anything! Weird :) I assume it was recently remodeled, clean and cutting edge- but don't know how good it is when it is busy with many customers...
