Went here today everyone literally sitting down on there phone, asked employee did they have this certain shoe in my size, literally waited like 10 minutes looked up he’s back at the register gossiping with his fellow coworkers, this man literally forgot I was waiting on him, the sad part about it I was the only customer in the store so how could u forget about me! I just shook my head and walked out

Store was suppose to open at 11am. Customers were lined up outside the store waiting as one associate walked back and forth inside the store. At 11:10 two other associates walk up from the parking lot, unlocks the door and lifts the gate and tells 15 waiting customer to give them 5 more minutes, no empathy at all. 11:15 the store finally opens. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
