Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit. Mission accomplished.

I was asking for help on printer/ink. Manager or Supervisor was a rude even he wore a baggy blue jeans and cotton shirt as for his position. His snacks was on his podium with an opened bowl. I asked him for his name since he doesn't have his label name on him. He replied that his name is "X". He told me "Don't put your hands on any associate in this building". I just patted lightly on his shoulder to get attention. He was already intimated after saw me coming his way. I don't appreciated him and can see why the store have not been doing any business better. I am a loyal member of Best Buy and GeekSquad for 25+ years. I am not coming back to the store ever again. He has to be gone or store closed business. He doesn't deserve his job.

What a s..t show this store is. My elderly friend bought a Whirlpool Washing machine on Dec 30th. It was wet when it arrived and the team ran it To get rid of any dirty water! They failed to level it on her floor and left. It vibrated all over her floor so I contacted BB and got some service in India who gave me a confirmation number pertaining to a technician visit and they'd phone before they came. Nothing happened. I then rang Whirlpool who needed an email from BB to confirm her purchase and give permission to send a tech. So my friend goes to BB waits and waits to get served and came away without the help she needed! She then phoned BB who agreed they'd let her have another machine. It's supposed to be there Sunday so let's see what they do. I'm not holding my breath it will be there. The staff are rude to the elderly and others no doubt, unhelpful and do not know what they are selling. The receipt you get for your machine is not guaranteed by Whirlpool. BB control who repairs your machines. Do not buy here go to Lowes or Home Depot. You stand a better chance of getting service from them.

Extremely rude!! I arrive on time for my appointment but was told my scheduled appointment for iPad repair was at Warner Robins store not Macon. I asked if they would contact Warner Robins store to confirm appointment since I traveled from out of town. Geek Squad guy sarcastically responded absolutely not we don't make store to store calls then randomly rattled off about customers being late for appointments. I'm baffled and will not return to the store.

I asked if I could get my cracked phone screen and glass on back of my phone repaired and they were unable to get parts for it to have it fixed. I don't understand why they couldn't simply order them.

If shopping in store u almost hv to jump on an associate's back to get help. Most are standing around and don't want to be bothered. I tried calling but no one answered. I tried online. Just as bad. I ordered a laptop and a large tv, both to be delivered. What a joke. Delivery time and date selected. Got messages of pending delivery.Date came. Advised delivery on the way. No show.Second time frame appointment came and went, no show, and third no show. Tried calling, answered by machine, on 7th call, finally a person who didn't speak English that well...Last call to someone with a strong accent, now my appointment has to rescheduled which means another whole day waiting for a delivery. I should just try for a refund and go to Walmart. No service. They put u on hold and 20 minutes is a bit too long. Won't be shopping here again

Very nice only thing is they way behind..Took almost a month to get washer delivered but they were very nice it’s a great washer. Covid slowing a lot of things down. Very nice washer love it they brought it all the way up to the top apartment building. They do not take old one though.

Ever since this branch opened after Covid shutdown the customer service is horrible! Have tried three times to give them my business, but the service was nasty and lacking.

My wife and I purchased lorex security camera from with hope of the geek squad installing them.We wait a week and a half for them to come out.When the two vans showed up I was excited.As soon a the large guy got out I told my wife we in trouble.Well as soon as he walked in the room and saw the camera box he said OMG they’re wired! Then he came up with every excuse on why the couldn’t install them.So needless to say our system didn’t get installed.Listen,if you purchase anything from bestbuy no need in getting geek squad to do it.They wanted me to go witless but I was like I’m not paying you $400 to install wireless cameras I can do that

Bought the yearly package and can never get an answer on the phone or assistance. Never buy the yearly geek squad protection plan. Definitely not worth. I may have to get someone else to assistance in setting up my network. Its been 45 minutes on the phone as of now.

Very clean and sanitary. Super nice staff that always offers to help. Great atmosphere, very large and never feels cramped. I love this place and I definitely recommend.

BEST BUY CURBSIDE..... 6:15p(10/31/20) Black men, people do not see you "less" of a MAN when you do customer service work, serving other Black Men! So stop giving a Toxic Masculinity Attitude. A friendly head knob with a slight smile would've sufficed. DAMN!

There services were good & I didn’t have to pay too much I have an iPhone 11 only pay $29.00 USD for a screen repair with my Apple care + premium But only giving 3 star Because 2 Pentalobe screws were missing after repair now I feel like my phone is more delicate now
