I called in a glass order the day before I needed it to repair a window. The following day I went to pick it up. The staff at the front counter was extremely rude and offered no explanation for why my order was not filled. All I received was a lot of attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very helpful staff. Good prices and quick turnaround. I don't know much about glass but their staff walked me through the options to get me the right size and thickness for different furniture pieces we've made.Separately, I needed the glass replaced on a glass door and they got it fixed the same day I called. Super easy!

I wanted a single piece of glass on the side where the shower head is. This seemed simple to me as that’s where the water would be coming down. Not only did they put it on the completely wrong side but the glass is way to tall. And no one has been out to correct the issue.
