The goodwill on Eisenhower is a pretty good place to thrift, however some things can be chipped, like they don't handle things very well. The place can be very disorganized in sections, such as the picture below. However, there are a lot of good items to be found and they are priced very fairly and cheaply. The employees are really nice and helpful. When you go out thrifting, this Goodwill is a must.

I've consistently gone to this Goodwill for more than 10 years. Every year it has gone down hill as management's decisions have impacted the brand throughly. I rarely go to this one anymore as it's just not good. Junk junk and more junk and a ton of clothes.
The items are often over priced and full of junk the Goodwill company bought from other stores like Walmart and Target to resell. Granted Goodwill as a company have always been greedy and this location definitely shows it.
The final nail in the coffin was when they got rid of the Cafe book store.
I feel for the employees that have to deal with terrible management as this location stagnates.

Much smaller than some of the other Goodwill locations in the area & the merchandise quality isn’t the best…would not recommend this Goodwill location…

Went today! Like I always do. Overpriced items. So much so that I asked about an item that was regular priced at $28 new and they were selling it used for $30. When I asked for an adjustment, no adjustment was given.
Terrible customer service too. The lady that was working around 6 today with the male was not wanting to even help me.

NOT CERTAIN WHY THEY FEEL THE NEED TO WATCH PEOPLE AND THEIR BLACK EMPLOYEES LIKE A HAWK IN GOODWILL BUT IT MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ESPECIALLY WITH MS. BETTY, THE OLDER WHITE WOMAN YOU SEE IN THERE, FOLLOWING ME AROUND. EVERY STEP I TOOK SHE WAS RIGHT THERE. I HAD TO ASK HER," IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN HELP YOU WITH?" MY CASHIER HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SHE WAS THE ONLY REASON WHY I PURCHASED OVER $50 WORTH OF ITEMS.

This is the only Goodwill in Macon/Warner Robins area, that is reasonably priced. Cleaned store & great prices!

Visiting the area and went into this store. So clean! Everything truly thrift store pricing. Employees very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

The employees here are so kind and so helpful. I always shop for used books and they had two gentlemen working the area, who were thoughtful and love books. Roma at the front is so professional and kind. She is as good as they come!! If you’re looking for a great thrift store and great bargains in Macon, this is the place to go!!!

Like Walmart, it is hard to leave without buying something. ?Got 2 tissue box holders, both under $1, which Amazon sells for over $12. Nice! UPDATE got good condition belt for $1.50.
