Went in and saw CIARA! What A gem she was. I have extremely long hair. It was highly tangled and I wanted to treat great clips like a beauty salon. She took her time and gave me my wash to the beautiful job on the haircut and then Then blow dried and styled me all in a timely manner. I feel like 1 million bucks first salon I’ve been to for a while that didnt Let out a Let out a sigh, over my extremely long hair. Thank you!

When we walked into Great Clips, we were greeted in the most rude and unwelcoming manner. I understand it was 20 minutes before closing, but that is no excuse for the poor attitude we encountered. There was no professionalism or courtesy, which was disappointing. A simple “hello” and a smile would have gone a long way. We won’t be coming back.

Today I got my haircut by Ciara and I'm very pleased. I can tell that she is very passionate about her job. She is very nice and does a great job. I will definitely come back to get my haircut with her.

Called to get a price to shampoo and style my hair. Lana said that I would need to call around to other locations to see because they were short staffed and didn’t have enough people to style. I told her all I was really wanting was shampoo, blow dry with a roller brush for volume, and she still referred me to call around until I asked her “you can’t do that” and she said then said you can come in and we’ll do the best we can. Don’t worry I will go some where else.
