Donna was the one that cut my hair i do not recommend her she rushed through my haircut, she asked what I did for work,and then that was it no other conversation after that, telling me she was just fishing to see what I might tip, I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times she constantly was just trying to get me out the door, until I let her know again that I want beard trimmed, eye brows ect.ect. But all she cared was getting to the next customer, on top of that my hair was cut shorter then requested, I asked for just enough to put it up in a hair bow and I can't, then after I paid and walked out, and come back for my sunglasses I missed place I asked her to trim my beard like I requested before, and it never got done, she reluctantly done it not even well there was still some hair he or there she missed stating we are so busy, which I get it,but when I pay someone to do something I expect the very best, not some shabby money grab ,especially the slay judgment was very disrespectful,I would have tipped her 20 if she would have just done it as requested, like I did for Lynda, I went here once before and Lynda did great she done everything to the tee if you come don't use Donna use Lynda

I don't recommend this place. I came here because of the great reviews. The lady who cut my hair didn't do a good job.

I came in for a big chop but knew exactly what I wanted. Showed Donna my inspo pic and she was totally reassuring. I explained what I liked about inspo pic and she had the skill set to put it motion. Thank you so much Donna! I love my hair!

So a little backstory, I’m scheduled to have a double mastectomy on Monday. I don’t normally use this location, but I have used great clips for many years for a quick shampoo and condition and have never had a problem with poor customer service until today that is I believe her name is Brittney at this location. She needs to find herself a new job that doesn’t involve customer service. One of the rudest stylist I have ever come across not only did she roll her eyes and talk to me with a big attitude to tell me they don’t do that at this location, but didn’t even offer an apology or anything. The only reason I gave him a one star is because Donna the stylist that I was in her chair was very apologetic.

The people that cut my son's hair are always friendly. I love that I received coupons in the mail for haircuts, that saves me money. My son's hair looks really good.

I am completely unsatisfied with how Valerie cut my hair.
She seemed like she was rushed when she had to correct the cut several times
towards the end of my haircut, she said, I leave in a couple of minutes.Let's get your hair dried I also opted for a shampoo while she was drying my hair? She hit me in the head 3 times with the hairdryer. I understand the first time it was an accident. But she hit me three times in the head with the hairdryer

Worst Haircut of my life. She gave me uneven bangs, and my side of the head doesn’t even look like it was cut. Terrible job. Expected more. My 5 year old niece could’ve done a better haircut

Aways a great experience with Great Clips. Never been disappointed with any cut. I have been a customer with this location for over 10 years. Thanks for all you do to keep my head looking good. Considering my face can keep the crows out of the corn you guys make even me look good!!!

Took my 2 year old in for a botched hair cut repair (done by me at home) and Victoria was amazing with him. He usually screams and cries for haircuts but he hopped up in her chair and was not scared at all. Highly recommend Victoria if you have a kid that doesn’t like haircuts! We will be back.

I went to the Great Clips on Zebulon Rd. I have used great clips around Macon, Ga for many years. My experience this week was the worse. I do have thin hair. I asked the "stylist". Who was not a younger stylist to cut my hair where the back would turn under. She cut it and said, I cut it you can make it turn under.
My husband had to cut off a two inch long section that was sticking out below the rest of the hair in the back. Please note he is not a stylist, he is a heavy equipment operator.

I recently went into this location to get my grandson a haircut. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name, but she was in the first chair closest to the computers. She did a great job on him. She was very sweet & good with kids! We will be back!

I had a wonderful time chatting with my hairdresser while she worked, and she did exactly what I asked her to do, only she made the style look right on me.
