The sales associate Barbara was awesome, she gave us our space to shop but frequently checked on us to see if we had any questions. She actually found the recliner and end table we are going to buy.

Chris was a wonderful salesman, very personable and helpful. The manager lady, I don’t remember her name, was absolutely wonderful as well. My furniture will be delivered on Saturday, so hopefully that will go well too.

Havertys Macon's Lisa, Tim, and Chris are exceptional furniture salespeople and designers. They went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, product knowledge, and a smooth purchasing process, including delivery. This was my first time at Haverty’s and I was very impressed by the furniture quality itself but also by the kindness and patience of my salesperson Liz. I was torn between a few items and changed my mind several times but she was so understanding and didn’t rush me at all which made the shopping experience THAT much better.

Everyone at the store was amazing, but our salesperson, the designer, and manager, Jeff, were absolutely exceptional.
David, our salesperson was friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, and he was super knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us just the right combination of support and independence, so we felt comfortable exploring the store on our own to see what interested us but also still felt really supported. He told us all about his favorite furniture piece in the store and was even kind enough to put us in touch with the designer-who then helped us decide if the chair we liked would go with our current furniture, and he had some awesome ideas to help accessorize our pieces.
Jeff made our purchases a fantastic experience too. He was friendly and informative, and we both agreed we made the right choice in randomly popping in on a weekend, and we will definitely be back for anything else that we may need.

Carolyn, who helped me with my purchase, was fantastic in helping me locate exactly what I was looking for and in getting me the best deal available. Haverty's is the only place I found what I was looking for even though I had looked in a number of other places.

Great store! The showroom was beautiful with a large selection to choose from. They have a great discount section with good quality furniture at great prices! Ms. Barbara was wonderful! She greeted us at the door, was polite and kind. She wasn’t pushy in any way, gave us space, and was readily available when we needed her. Jeff, the store manager, was also very helpful. He personally wrapped our chair and helped us load it on the truck. Great customer service at this store!! We will be back.
