  Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Directions. Say we'd receive an email within 2 hours when our order is ready. Called 4 hours later to see if it would be ready, and the gentleman on the phone said they were packing. The order now. Drove 30 minutes down to the store to find out they hadn't even started. My husband had to go in and spend 30 minutes picking the order up himself eliminating the time we had to complete the project for the day. Disappointed. Don't do curbside pickup here

  This is by far the most unprofessional store in all the southeast region of the United States, we’ve worked for. It’s truly an embarrassment trying to deal with any associate from this store. There is absolutely no care for pro customers. We’ve been using Home Depot for 10+ years in 3 states Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. This Home Depot has no professional tenacity. They do not keep their work and constantly lie and stick up for one another. This particular case involved Calvin and Debra in the tool rental.
  Every time we make a reservation for a machine they confirm. Once we get to store they don’t bother to double checking for the availability. We drive miles to pick up reservation for them to tell us it’s broken. We made an online reservation and called as well. Calvin stated first come first serve. We simply called them to talk about the issue and they hung up on our face stating they don’t have time and to speak to a manager. Well let me break it to you. You’re in a customer service based business. You have priority to help us the same way we have priority to help our customers.
  The store manager is a reflection of the entire store. Home Depot should seriously consider their management for the West Macon store # 1772.
  If we hear back we will update the review. As of now this has happened over 5 times alone in 2025.

  The customer service is good. It's easy to return goods here also. The problem is, they use FedEx for a lot of their deliveries and FedEx drivers keep delivering what I order to the wrong address. I live on a street that ends in drive. They keep delivering my items to a house on a street that ends in circle and they won't go back to pick items up to redeliver no matter how many times I talk to them. UPS and USPS don't have this problem.

  Good place for home improvement items until it isn't. Double and triple check your special order items for yourself, they will not email you, as they claim. The in store associates at customer service will do their best to assist

  This home depot need to retrain the hispanic lady was working at the pros desk 10/18/2024 didn't get her name but I will she wouldn't honor contractors clients home depot credit cards unless they were a year old that's crazy never heard of no such thing then the vinyl flooring machine been out of order over a week very unprofessional place whole store staff almost needs restraining there are a few helpful people there not all are bad but that hispanic woman needs to be retrained very unprofessional I really give them zero.

  Sometimes great customer service; sometimes you are lucky to get a smile. Other times, you get the frustrated employee. Never can tell. Prices are decent and usually have items in stock.

  Many items seem overpriced. However, they have a much better quality and variety of plants than certain other stores.
