The clerk at the shop was very helpful and friendly. She helped my kids find what they were looking for and even offered coupons when my items rang in wrong. Shs was so sweet.

Wonderful location. Staff is friendly and helpful, they change out their stock of items frequently to always have something new each visit, and they're always helpful if you're looking for something in particular. I've been here quite a few times and likely is one of my favorite locations thus far. Absolutely would recommend if anyone loves Hot Topic or interested in alternative style.

Hot Topic has gone down hill so bad. I used to live this place spent alot of money in there. I can't tell you the last time I bought anything in there. But they are friendly.

I would like to take a moment to commend one of the employees at your establishment for her exemplary professionalism and outstanding customer service. helpful demeanor and attentiveness made my experience truly remarkable. She offered valuable suggestions for pairing different shirts with my outfit, which I greatly appreciated. If there were an option to provide a rating of ten stars, I would gladly do so; for now, I am pleased to give her the highest possible rating of five stars. Thank you for fostering such an exceptional team.

There were two workers in the store that day, and they approached my question very differently. One of the staff members was very attentive and kind, which I admire. I would give more stars if it weren’t for one unusually passive-aggressive employee. I am unsure of if she had a bad day or if I simply upset her, but she was mildly unkind and unhelpful during my experience. I think I’d rather shop at other locations going forward.

I have always loved Hot Topic. It's expensive, but their products are great quality and hard to find in other places, so that's understandable. Welcoming store with many options and different prices. They restock with new and previous things often, so you will never get bored! Highly recommend.
