Andrea is my new go-to person for quality hair. After a month, my daughters hair still looks great with minimal to no shedding. The body and appearance have received many compliments. The hair has natural movement and holds curls very well.I highly recommend Andrea. Her price points are fair and upfront. The salon is beautiful and has ample parking.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Andrea’s chair after hearing so many wonderful things. She responds really quick and she took me at the last minute. This photo was taken almost a week after she did my quick weave. It’s still holding up, no loose tracks, I’m still satisfied and I can’t wait to sit in her chair again. What really made this a professional experience is when Bre called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied and to thank me for coming by. Out of 24 years of letting someone do my hair I’ve never had anybody to follow up with me after getting my hair done. It shows they care and as a business they are appreciative of their clients. The shop is really cute, too! ?

For 1 I waiting 2 hours to start my service.. I was getting a cut, relaxer and style. Showed the style I wanted, she just started cutting too much of my hair off to do the style . I did not want my hair that low all around. She put the relaxer on WITH NO BASE!!! At 1:30pm .. it is now 7pm and my scalp still burns! She washed it out and let me sit at the sink for over an hour before I went to her to wash it out and do my hair. Booked clients on top of each other so I’m getting a quick pixie style and have to wait for her to keep trying to fit 2-3 (people) sewins in between. NEVER going back and she charged me $100 for a pixie cut when I had only 4-5 inches of hair. When I wanted to leave for the wait before styling she said I would still be charged full service… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, that’s not how you do service or have long wait times like that forcing clients to stay.Service: Hairstyling

Lisa was amazing. My eyes never watered and don't feel itchy from the glue she used. Her cleanser even helped to clean up some dry residue from the glue n my lashes are still in tact. Amazing! She even gives you a sheet to fill out prior to service for both the customers safety and protection of her business

Please make sure that you discuss policies and services desired in detail prior to scheduling an appointment with this salon. Communicate verbally via phone versus text message and be careful with providing deposits for services until you are sure of the services that you will be getting. I hope that this information will help those new to the area like myself who would have never pursued an appointment with this establishment had I known better. You are forced to use their overpriced hair even if they don’t carry your length. I was told to take my hair back . I was in disbelief. At any rate they refused to give me my deposit back. As professional as I tried to be in the handling of some misinterpretations of services, I was treated unjustly and there was a complete refusal to refund my deposit. I will spare complete details as I do not feel that this platform is appropriate . I just wanted to bring awareness to others as I have never seen anything like this especially for a first time customer. A courtesy should at least be given to the first time customer. I have read of something similar happening to another client in another review. This shows the true character of this business that would sacrifice a few dollars over a customer. After going back and forth with cash app and the business owner about getting my deposit back. I was told by the owner to have a good weekend sarcastically. Well I finally said to myself if they need the deposit that bad, they can keep it but I do believe that if you take advantage of innocent people, it will come back to you.

The stylist was very rude urge me to pay the deposit then when I cancelled ten minutes later due to she doesn’t use any outside hair I had already purchased hair then says non refundable deposit ?? then I was told her hair shedsss!! No thanks.

I got a closure sew in Tuesday and the closure is already coming off I don’t think the braid pattern is correct they’re so much space hairline and braids although it looks good on the outside it was put in poorly it’s very bulky

This is my third poor experience calling into House of Hair. I am satisfied with Andrea’s work but professionalism is lacking. Unable to schedule an appointment elsewhere, and against my better judgement I gave them another try. The receptionist was rude so I didn’t schedule and Andrea called me back to schedule and retrieve my $35 deposit. The day before my appointment they tell me I HAVE to buy their hair or pay an extra fee to use mine.The quality of Andrea’s hair is poor in comparison to the quality hair that I’d already purchased. Why would I spend an additional 150-200 dollars?! I lost time and money. These guidelines should be clearly stated when booking and people can choose to decline prior to paying deposits.
