This was my first time filing my taxes with H&R Block. This location had the most consistent reviews, and Block was recommended to me by a family friend.
I had a miscommunication in my appointment, but overall I was able to see Mrs. Belinda Williams and I am so grateful I did! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and certainly makes you feel cared for and acknowledged. I appreciate her assistance and advice for helping me out, and making me not feel as anxious and worried about my taxes!

No welcoming,just asked if i sent info digitaly? It wouldnt have mattered. I arrived early,she had to eat first. When I went inside, she had no fax machine. She couldn't do my taxes. I made a tripWasted my time & money. She was friendly or concerned. I texed all my info online, and a phone call would have been more professional.
