Not sure if the tax preparer tried to Rob me or just the h&r block system. Lashonda told me my tax return would be 5 thousand dollars less than what some one else quoted me. My other tax agent told & showed me all he done was add my w2 & dependant instantly it was way more than she quoted me. She said something about the system not giving me my full child tax credit which makes no sense at all. I'll never file with this company again. I've heard shady things about h&r block tax agents I didn't believe it until they tried to scam me.

My tax preparer was very professional and the fee was reasonable but where I had problem was H&R block not allowing me to make my choice rather the emerald card was forced on me !!! and I didn't need that or the extra $35 charge for the card!!

H&R Block has done our taxes for the last 10 years or longer. Mrs Darby is amazing.

I usually file my taxes at an H&R Block office, but this year I filed virtually using the same tax preparer I used last year and the process was quick and easy. I got the the same quality service filing virtually (online) as I do going to an H&R Block office.

Bob and Jill had a welcoming attitude. They both had great customer service. I appreciate them for requesting me to upload my information prior to my appt. As a result there was a decrease in wait time. Jill was very knowledgeable. Thank you both.
