after refusing to be up sale over the phone for a oil change and flat tire on a 2month old car i get to app and the man tells me i have to upgrade oil change to get car wash and tire rotation and inspection, so i do. Two hrs later car is still dirty, i was told because a car wash would take hours,ok so why did you up sale me with a car wash but dont do it? they didnt rotation the tire because the same tire was goin flat when i left so i upgraded to not get anything but MAYBEEEE a oil change. I question that since they did'nt do anything esle. called back to complain, had to deal with an attitude and was told waste my time and gas to come back.WOWWWW i was just ther for a little over 2hrs. WHAT!! Came back another day to get tire fixed and they tryed to charge me when i whave extra coverage on my rims and tires witch they scrathced this day, i had to call my provider and waste more time this day, then the guy said OHHH thats no charge to you just sign. Seems like this is a whole SCAM IN MY EXPERIANCE with this company. And caddillac customer. They dont help eigther. They will tell you they will call you back and walk you throught this inconvenien yet never call. I hate i brought the caddillac. I thought great customer service would come with supposedly such a nice expensie car. Not at all. I will never buy another caddilac or do service at this location unless i have no other choice. i live in Gray Ga so this is an hour trip for me. I cant.

I would definitely use Hutchinson in future for my used or new car needs. Bailey was a great upfront sales professional. He took care of all my needs throughout my transaction. Great prices, good inventory and great customer service. Best dealership in the area around Atlanta and worth the drive.

So I recommend you AVOID HUTCHINSON! U will be SCREWED OVER BY EVERYONE THERE especially drew See I was a service advisor at GMC/Cadillac about a month ago. I was fired through a email by some random guy who claimed to be the new manager! So this is what happened.... The hired me and a few others from Five Star in hopes to "Improve" the service department. The manager JAI WALKER was the best thing to happen to them. However he trusted Mr Hutchinson and his minions Kevin Clause& Steve Winters to much and they did him REALLY DIRTY. Mr Kevin knew I was out with covid for the 2nd time. And proceeded to have this new fella fire me over an email. Even though I got Covid from other employees and I had a Doctors note with my positive results. We was not instructed to wear mask nor have the vaccine even though we were in and out of customers vehicles ALL DAY! (HOPE YALL DISINFECT when getting ur vehicle back) I'm not upset they fired me bc that has to be one of the worst places I've ever worked. At least FIVE STAR shows appreciation to their employees. Mr Hutchinson never once even said hello to me. Also if ur vehicle is taking longer than expected just know it's probably bc one of Hutchinsons friends or family members must have brought their personal vehicle in and it WILL be seen B4 yours no matter how long u been without a car! The technicians he has there are over worked and UNDER PAID! They know what they are doing and they are VERY good at what they do but they get no time off and expected to work no matter how SICK they are. Oh if ur upset about an event that happened while ur car was there go straight to Drew he's the Hairy guy in the front. He might look up from his screen to acknowledge ur existence ..but probably NOT! Drew also steals from other employees. If u start with a service Advisor stay with that advisor he likes to take people's tickets not knowing my customers was going to tell me he was speaking poorly about me to them... Who does that ... If u made it this far in my review let me give u some really good tips to help ya while ur there. An oil change is $49 look at the web site for coupons even for breaks. Cabin filters and Air filters is OVER PRICED and can easily be put in even by a child. Record ur vehicle B4 it goes into service. PARTS is NOT the reason it's taking so long for ur vehicle to be serviced. Call them urself to find out. Or better yet GMC customer service number is on Google and they will do all the calling for u and keep u updated! If they say they don't have a LOANER 9 times outta 10 it's a lie. They pick and choose who gets them. It's a dealership sales has their own set of loaners. Go over there and ask management ur self. Watch how fast drew and his new boss man moves. Oh yeah Mr new manager guess what. Drew is AFTER ur position don't screw up and give him all ur knowledge! JS. Oh best advice yet. Want ur car done faster. Personally TIP the TECH not the ADVISOR! The ADVISOR isn't touching ur car the TECH is! They don't even have sinks in the break rooms for employees to wash hands. Now do what u will with this info. My advise go to Butler go to a random billy bob's auto shop just keep receipt with vin mileage and ur warranty won't void ya. Oh speaking of warranty. Make sure u call them urself and ask if u can get them to pay for u a loaner! HUTCHINSON GMC CADILLAC KIA YOUR EMPLOYEES & Customers PAY UR BILLS try respecting them! Y'all fired me bc I got Covid from an employee who had it with yalls knowledge u let them continue to work! Do u realize that u are out here spreading this virus by doing so? Y'all will never get it together doing people wrong like u are... Over charging people for fun will get ur business shut down They also control what reviews u will &will not see on Google! This place is a freaking JOKE

Went in for a routine maintenance, oil change& tire rotate. Nikki M. was a super helpful service advisor. Fun knowledgeable and just a beautiful person to deal with. Also the bathrooms were clean and they have free coffee if you like it. Also they washed my truck, she never gets that kinda love from me.

Hutchinson service department is anything but a SERVICE department 10:00 appointment for an oil change turned into a 2:30 hour ordeal Not certain the reason for an APPOINTMENT

I bought my first car after graduating college! Jon C was so awesome! He made buying a car almost easy! He helped me pick the best car for me' he walked us through the entire process.
