All my valuable items were stolen and they trash y belongings, I have been homeless a while but have always paid before auction date. Would not recommend. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. Our unit was broken into and valuable items were stolen. What’s worse is the lack of concern or accountability from management. No effort was made to investigate the situation, notify us promptly, or assist us in any meaningful way. We trusted this facility to keep our property safe, and they have failed completely. The security measures here are clearly not enough — and sadly, customer care isn’t either. Do better.

Friendly staff but location is terrible. Units consistently getting broken into and cameras do not work. But at least you can always count on the rent increases. You would think with an unsecured location they would be giving ppl discounts. My unit has been broken into twice and when I see others out there they also talk about how their unit has been broken into as well. I just don’t want to go and move everything out. Thankfully the thieves have stolen all the valuables so I’m not worried about them stealing the heavy dressers, sofas and etc now. They got all the good stuff already 🙄

I paid online for my storage. 1 st month free. I'm trying to understand why management didn't have knowledge of the current promotion and mentioned I pay my first month rent, told her twice I only visited the office to buy my cylinder lock for my storage I need my people to be more focused

The service I received today during the leasing process was great. I did a preregistration online but wasn’t sure I selected the correct sized unit for my needs. I was taken out to inspect the unit and able to confirm everything. The entire process took about 10 minutes from the moment I walked in until I drove away. Dry professional staff and service.

I went online and reserved a unit. Within a few minutes of me finishing up, Paul from the office called me to see if I had any questions or wanted to come by and view the unit to make sure I selected the right size. When I went up there, Paul was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the unit and made sure it’s what I needed. He did the paperwork pretty quickly and the whole experience didn’t take long at all. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Paul and I’d definitely recommend my friends and family.
